With more than 230 years of tradition and experience, our first showroom opened in Newcastle in 1778. We were the jewellers who made the Rugby League Trophy, and we were the UK's first appointed stockist of Rolex watches in 1919.
Through the years, Goldsmiths has been elevated and transformed into a dynamic destination for luxury watches such as Rolex, OMEGA, Tudor, TAG Heuer, Breitling and Cartier.
Today, Goldsmiths is the one of the leading quality jewellers in the UK with over 90 showrooms in every major town and city from Aberdeen to the south coast and Northern Ireland, selling fine jewellery and diamonds.
It all comes down to one thing: we love what we do, and it shows. Big or small, gold or silver. We love it all and our team is expertly trained to help you find and keep safe items you will treasure forever.

Easy ordering process and extremely quick delivery with the product arriving at the stated time

Very straight forward purchase. Had my item delivered straight to my door within 2 days. Would definitely use again.

Absolutely shocking customer service! I want to return an item and the QR code for postage disappeared so unable to screenshot. The website won’t show me this again and they did not email it to me. Live chat didn’t answer after 40 minutes. Emails take 7 working days for a response and I spent over an hour on hold on their phone line yesterday and so far over 20 minutes this morning to move 1 queue position!! Really bad service and extremely frustrating.

Delivery was supposed to be next day but wasn’t so I ended up having to rearrange it as I wasn’t going to be in. Delighted with the bangle though!

Great service, but the carriers let them down. Expensive watch left on doorstep when it should have been signed for.

Always a good experience with goldsmiths either online or in store. The only thing I wish they would do both inshore and online is to complete the warranty card! They never do it. Other stores ive bought from both online and inshore always complete the warranty card, and I know the receipt is enough for the warranty but for watch collectors a filled out warranty card with the sellers details on is all part of the package.

I received a message to say my next delivery parcel had been delivered but it has not. As it was high value and for my daughter’s 18th the next day, I called customer service and was on hold for ONE hour and just as I got to no. 1 they hung up saying they were unavailable and to call again!
It had been delivered 3 streets away with a totally different road name. The neighbour very kindly brought it around when he got back from work - it had been left in his doorstep (value £300)…why would you use such useless courier company with high value goods? Also why offer customer support when there is none? I will not be shopping with you again - ever.

Bought pair of earrings. very small silver & gold costing £750 found them almost impossible to put in my ears as butterfly & post seemed to be the wrong size. Once in very difficult to get out, ear was sore afterwards. Obviously with earrings no return but how do you know unless you try them. Sooo disappointed at what should be a high quality product @ a very high price, actually feels like something from primark

Bracelet arrived less than 24 hours after order which is very impressive, communication also faultless. I think the piece is gorgeous, was purchased as a gift for my daughter's 30th birthday so hopefully she will agree.

No explanations to why the watch delivery was delayed. Time line was not met as promised. Very poor information as to when delivery would be. Time was it the essence when purchase was made
