Management and customer support are completely inadequate and incompetent!

Be careful with this pseudo online store. Their management and customer support are completely inadequate and incompetent! They sell products that they don't have in stock and then offer stupid alternatives to the customer and when we respond that we don't want the product they are offering and that we want our money back, they no longer respond to our emails.
I am waiting for my money back for more almost 2 weeks now!
In my opinion, they are a real fraud in online commerce! It was the worst experience I've ever had in online shopping!
