Excellent! I had a very positive experience. The purchase process was smooth and reliable. The goods (3 boxes of 24 cans each of Lonkero) were very securely packaged and arrived undamaged in Germany after one week. Thank you! I will gladly buy from you again soon.

Great Shop, fair prices and fast delivery!
I finally found a page to order Longdrink. After i received my order the packages were be damaged and a few cans too. But i am glad the company reacted amazing. As compensation they send me a whole case. I really appreciate that and i will order more in the future for sure!! I am very happy

The package was well and securely packed. The goods arrived nearly undamaged (however, this was due to the logistics company not handling the package well).
I will order there again in the future.

Order arrived
Ordered a week ago and heard nothing back. Now the website is down and emails bounce back.
I will take legal action and hope to get my money back!😡

My order has finally arrived. I understand the issue of having technical difficulties but how you treat your customers is not okay. No communication, no apology via email, no update info regarding the status of your order, no replies from customer service.
I also want to clarify that I was not a returning customer and never ordered from your website in the past.
All in all very disappointing experience-I will not order again.
