Your representative was wonderful: patient, knowledgeable and efficient. I felt very comfortable I was getting excellent guidance. Have already recommended her to friends turning 65 this year.

The salesperson went through everything very thoroughly and slowly. Decisions on what I needed and would be best for me were made. She put me into a very good medical plan that another person from another company told me that it was not available to me. From there she hooked me up with a dental and vision plan. She then told me where to go to get a Part D drug plan. That didn't work as well but was able pick that up with another company. All told I was on the phone nearly 3 hours but it was worth it. Everything was thought out and well explained for my peace of mind.

I line them, GoMedigap. they were quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Also when the initial contact was busy with another customer and I called into sales, I was answered by Irma Lerma who was very knowledgable and helpful, especially patient with us. Very professional, especially when I mentioned the initial contact was another sales person, she tried to switch us to them - being very professional about it. but with other sales person concurrence the continued to help us completely.
