disappointed

I have always dealt with go medigap for the past 9 years. My medigap insurance rate was going higher than I preferred to pay so I called to see if there was another insurer with a cheaper rate. He found a company and I was cautioned to choose the rate and plan I wanted so I choose N rather than G. Overnight I changed my mind. When I called back the following day and spoke with the same agent I was told that change would need to go through his supervisor. There was no followup from that point going forward. The insurer refused to switch me from N to G I had to go through your company. I called but no followup and after several days switched to another broker.

I have been dealing with Jon McKnight…

I have been dealing with Jon McKnight with eHealth Medigap. He is knowledgeable, articulate and has treated me kindly and respectfully. He has knowledge the work he is doing. I’ve had several conversations with him and he is always polite and helpful with my insurance issues.

Surprised

I was called about renewing/changing coverage before the cut-off date, and I was pleasantly surprise to get a better, less expensive plan. The representative was helpful and professional.

I started on Nov 1 looking for ins with…

I started on Nov 1 looking for ins with you from Aetna. I talked to 4-5 people. Finally ended up with a person that had his supervisor looking over all the application. That process also took another month. I finally got ins from Aetna at the end of March. I worked in the health care field dealing with ins companies and benefits for over 35 years. I will never use you nor recommend you to anyone.

Not Happy So Far

This is still new so hopefully things will change but so far this week I am not happy with the Dual Complete plan and would not recommend it. I am sorry but this is the truth.

I am totally unhappy with my experience…

I am totally unhappy with my experience with the computerized retirement system. I am unable to access MBOS or Benefits Solver. I cannot access my medical information and I can't get the Help Desk to fix the problem. I can't make a doctor's appt. because I don't have ANY medical information. I have tried many times to explain this to the Help desk and Pension office. No one seems to be able to fix issues.

No experience with Medigap

No experience with Medigap, is it helping me to cover the copay gap. If it is so, it is helpful in getting Medicine. as now onwards there is No Copay on Medicine only Lab work is not covered.

You have been great, but Social Security is the pits. I've been waiting 8 weeks for them to approve my Plan B.

Top-notch service for years now.

Gomedigap has been our go-to place for Medicare Supplements for years. They are always helpful and proactive about getting the least expensive plans for us. They make it easy to change carriers when a change is needed. I recommend them to anyone on Medicare.

When I signed up I was told my…

When I signed up I was told my prescriptions were covered. After I started paying for the policy I was told it changed and my Dr must change my prescription. I will stop taking the previous script as I can't afford it. I will not renew this policy or continue with this company after this year. I do not believe my best interest was their goal, I was just another sale to be made.

Not super smooth

I’ve spent ridiculous amounts of time on hold, waiting to make appointments, up to two hours. I’ve been told I would receive a call back by doctors office and then don’t, just to make an appointment. “Push *to text” I do that doesn’t work. “Push * for a call back” I do that, doesn’t work.

There is a shortage of specialists, specifically acupuncturists and chiropractic, in Ojai area. Why? There are so many here.

The online system doesn’t recognize me. I spend hours on the phone with an amazing woman to fix it and then, she I’ll can’t use the system. It doesn’t allow my info.

She has to be the nicest person I have ever talked to, very curtes and helpful on the phone. I am new to retirement and social security so I needed a lot of help. She set me up with all of my insurance’s. She follows up regularly to make sure all is good.
Fantastic person.
