I signed up about a month ago & was told to expect a card in the mail. I haven't received it yet. When does that come ?

Peggy was a great help understanding Medicare.

No call back from original agent. had to call several times to get someone to help. Seems only interested in selling a product and not helpful in servicing the product.

Though my experience was a good one, I realized later I did not need to use your service at all. I did not learn anything new. I was already thoroughly familiar with the program I signed up for. However I continued with your service because I felt like I was doing the representative a favor and getting him credit for doing this work. Now I will say that a few days later we arranged for him to also sign my wife up for a United Health Medicare product, but hers did not go so well. A few weeks later United Healthcare still had no record of her in their system and she signed up again, on her own.

Very helpful. I feel good about the new Medicare supplement and drug prescription plans you found for me. Both agents were very efficient and thorough in their search for a more economical plan. So glad I called Medigap.

I had a positive experience with the rep who assisted me in changing my supplemental plan. He explained things very well and offered options that best fit my needs.

Great service! I put it inthe hands of my consular and the next thing I know I get an insurance card from UHC.com with my PPO name many weeks before actual change date. That’s service!

Your rep gave me all the information I needed and asked for. This plan fit my budget and was acceptable to my requirements.

The agent was very knowledgeable he was kind and respectful and I really appreciated that he thoroughly researched so that I could get the best possible coverage he got me zero copay 0 premium + 0 copay for prescriptions I'm very thankful fam I don't know if I can mention his name but I'll just say I'm thankful that I got him to help me

When I initially worked with Jake to navigate an overwhelming Medicare process I was very pleased. This year I needed to make changes to part D because of rising costs to premiums and Rxs. Victoria made recommendation but after a couple weeks never heard back from her. I know folks move on but someone could have taken get place to follow up and contact me. I was declined a couple times and wasn't sure how to proceed on my own so I kept my existing coverage without making changes. No followup almost cost me coverage.
