The agent went over so many benefits where I was missing out on. Now I'm covered.

My wife first contacted Blake and got herself enrolled with Humana plan based on his recommendation. I spoked with Blake the next day and also enrolled with Humana though a different plan based on my needs. All in all, Blake was very professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Very thankful to have Blake working with us to enrolled. Definitely will recommend him in the future!

Couldn't have been better service/experience

I could not be happier with the service I received. Our agent Reginald Morris went out of his way to help us. My husbands policy went through quickly, mine was a little longer but with Reginald’s help my policy was finally approved. If all of your agents was as nice and courteous I commend you on your business. I have never had a customer service representative be as courteous and helpful as Reginald. I hope you will thank Reginald for me. Once again thanks for the wonderful service.

The person I talked on the phone was nice & reassuring of my new coverage. Today is January 7th! NO CARD WITH NAME OF THE COMPANY & My NAME. After I signed up I thought someone contact in the next 10 days. NOT A GOOD START

Just started 1/1/22 so far great service.

Numerous mistakes were made, I was not notified about further info needed and we ended up paying for 2 different coverages for a month. Then I came close to ending up with no coverage at all.
I would not recommend this service.

Your service is poor. The agent never responded to me. I will use another agent next time

Very easy and smooth to work with. The woman I dealt with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Got the plan I wanted and all my questions answered.

I had to cancel my application shortly after I realized it’s better for me and my wife to stay with our current coverage under the Federal employee program. I am a federal retiree.

Customer service was great! The gentleman I spoke to was helpful and patient with my questions. This made the transition from my existing insurance carrier to the new (and much better) carrier very easy!
