Now that I'm a MEMBER I can't reach my rep Tim Avery. His phone system/voicemail appears to be non-functional and my personal msgs asking for a callback are NEVER RETURNED. I'm thinking the $16/mo savings is just not WORTH IT! Very disappointing.

This is the 3rd year I think I have used this program and Teri Rank has been exceptional in helping me. I would recommend her and this company to get the best rate.

I was left confused and worried. I was given conflicting information when contacted by the insurance company. I ended up seeing a local agent to help me make my decision.

I didn't sign up gomedigap i sign with Humana now i see i also have wellcare i had caresource it CANCEL 2 month ago i cant my meds because of the mix up

I joined Aetna Medicare Advantra Cares October 1 , 2021. Anthony Gomez was my contact person and he was great. I have to talked with Aetna and have asked for booklets re directory, medication profile, OTC booklet twice now and have not received any yet. It is now Nov 1 2021 and I’m still waiting for these booklets to arrive. Everything with Aetna has been great. Everyone I have spoken to has been polite and and very helpful. I would highly recommend Aetna to my friends and family . Thank you for your service and on being a great company.

It wasn't explained to me I was signing up for coverage during an initial sign up period and other plans were going to be available to me after Oct 15. Now I have to change plans after just three months on a plan.

I originally spoke with KC Kosonovich, he was extremely helpful. After talking to numerous people, I chose KC due to his personality and knowledge. When it was time to actually sign up KC had been promoted and had one of his people Claudia Moore help me, with his guidance Claudia got me all set up, she answered all my questions and was very helpful.

Charles was professional and friendly and provided the information I needed. After 5 years on Medicare, there were things I should have known sooner! There was no pressure to purchase any particular insurance product, and I ended up with a plan that saves me a meaningful amount of money with no loss of benefits.

Very helpful in reviewing the various possibilities of Medicare supplemental plans in terms of their shortcomings as well as their long-term benefits. The ideal drug Medicare D was calculated, which proved to be better than what I had found on the Medicare site.
Courteous professional and well informed, describes the representative, Mereridith McWhorter, with whom I dealt.
In addition, I received a call back to notify me that the changes we had made and policies initiated had been accepted.
The entire experience defines excellent service

This is my second time working with GoMedigap. They helped me first with my husband and again when I was ready to begin my Medicare. They were patient, knowledgeable, explained everything and answered all my questions. They guided me through everything and took time to followed up with me. I highly recommend GoMedigap.

This is the best thing that has ever happened. The cost is great and it is the best coverage that I have had so far. Looking forward to a lifetime of good service of all my medical needs.

I didn't know that I signed up for MediGap. I am not getting any reminders and I cannot find my receipt. I am not getting any documents. I don't have a membership card. Nothing has come in the mail. I have Aetna. Is that a part of MediGap?

Chris was very professional and very helpful. He followed through with everything he said he would and answered all my questions. Very helpful getting me through the mysteries of supplemental Medicare coverage.

Review would be best after the change we made goes into effect. We were glad to get the call to review our MedB coverage. We made a switch and hope not only to save money but to be satisfied with Mutual of Omaha policy and standard of treatment, effective Oct. 1, 2021.
