Just want to say a big thanks to the team at GONG.
We noticed some hairline cracks on a part of one of our foils - we sent some photos to GONG using their online customer support contact form. We received a very prompt reply and advised that they will dispatch a replacement part without delay. The part arrived here in the Uk within a few days. There was no quibbling or fuss. Have to say it is very comforting to have this level of customer support when dealing with a direct sales company based in a different country. Thank you GONG.

Just bought another Gong Foil Set and some accessories. I wasn’t sure about which setup to take so I took the chance to get in contact with their technical advice. I‘m more than happy about recommendations. We exchanged a few emails coming to final result. It was always very technical with loads of professional background knowledge and totally adapted to my needs. Moreover each response came in very quick and never took longer than a day. Products are great value for the money. Customer service is also excellent when you need advice on products, they have helped me a few times. Most recently with Vicente who was super useful.
My only issues is that sometimes they don't have stock of the most popular products and delivery to some parts of the EU can be expensive and take a while.

In my previous comment, I mentioned the order I had attached, which arrived at the very last minute. The package tracking didn’t work! So I was very surprised when the courier showed up with my order, even though the tracking still showed it 700 km away from me.
The next day I left for Greece, where both versions of the Foil Front Wing Veloce H V3 — XXL and L — worked great. They were fantastic!
By the way, the company handled a warranty issue surprisingly well about a year ago. They replaced a used inflatable wing board I had purchased, completely free of charge, even covering the shipping costs. That’s also why I placed a larger order with them this time.
However, it's important to note that urgent orders should be reconsidered. I’ll only order from them again if it’s not a problem for my order to arrive one or two months later.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my extremely frustrating experience with GONG. I purchased a board that was defective from day one — completely unusable due to a serious delamination issue. I contacted GONG immediately, expecting them to take responsibility under warranty. Instead, they initially refused to help, blaming me for improper use, which was both untrue and unfair.
Weeks went by with no real solution. With no other option and no communication from their team, I was forced to arrange and pay for the repair myself. Only after I provided detailed evidence showing that the problem was due to a poorly installed valve — a clear manufacturing fault — did GONG finally acknowledge the issue.
Despite this, they offered no real compensation, just a €50 voucher, which doesn't come close to covering the time, money, and inconvenience caused. I spent over five weeks unable to use the board, received zero support when I needed it, and ultimately had to fix a brand-new product on my own.
Even after agreeing to reimburse the repair, they delayed the payment for weeks and ignored several of my follow-up messages. Their lack of responsiveness and responsibility throughout this whole process has been shocking.
GONG may offer attractive prices, but my experience shows that when something goes wrong, you're on your own. I cannot recommend them and strongly urge others to think twice before buying.

Unfortunately, after one month of waiting for my order and trying to get any information about it, at the end I received e-mail that they don't have my board and will not deliver it.
The only good thing was that they refunded quickly my payment, but no one will give me back the time I lost.

I’ve been waiting for over 3 hours in the chat without any reply. No “we’ll be with you shortly,” no estimated wait time – nothing at all.
Especially when there are already shipping delays, you'd expect customer service to at least be reachable. This just leaves customers feeling ignored and frustrated.

Around 2 months ago, I bought a secondhand 5m 2022 V2 Plus wing, but gong sent me 3.5m 2024 V2 neutra by mistake. I was surprised when I saw a different wing than I bought at the courier office and I wrote an email immediately asking what was happening. Soon later, I received an email apologizing and giving me two options, either to take the wing or return without any cost on my own. I chose to take the wing for my personal reasons mainly. It's been 2 to 3 sessions and unfortunately there's no enough power. I afraid 5m plus would be better despite being old and cheap. Last week, I wrote gong and asked if they could offer any solution by changing the wing etc. The response was negative. They say they don't buy back, change or resell any used products.

Avoid like the plague-worst company I ever ordered from!
I ordered my inflatable SUP boards on 1st April. I email yesterday 27th April like wheres my confirmation email and I get a reply today 28th April with a tracking email saying my order is only beinh prepared. Legit forgot about my order and wasted my time. Would have never ordered from this place they call a business. They only care about receiving the money. Was offered no apology and no sort of compensation. Stay away from this.. place is in shambles and I expect something to come from this!!??? I left you with nearly 500€ and for a month you didnt even send the order!!! Have some decency .. closer to scam artists than a business
