I had a problem with my HIPE First inflatable board and was given great advice in order help me to repair the damage myself.
Unfortunately, once the repair was complete it caused another problem which meant the board would not stay inflated.
GONG Galaxy then offered me a replacement board, even though the board was out of warranty. I had not asked for a replacement and was not expecting to get this offer.
I am so pleased to be able to continue my wing foil journey.

I was in touch with the Gong customer service team due to a defect for one of the products I ordered from them recently (it can happen!). They were very helpful and especially fast to solve this problem by replacing the faulting product. I was very impressed by the kindness and professionality of the team during all the process and I will certainly go back and buy products from Gong again knowing that I can count on the after sales service team if something goes wrong.
In summary I highly recommend Gong Galaxy: they sell products of good quality and have demonstrated that are able to solve products problems quickly in the rare event that something is not right.

I am very, very disappointed with this company.
I found them and they offered advice buying the right board, after weeks of writing , to make sure I get a perfect setup. I ordered from them online in France.
Shipping took 3 weeks (Delivery was fast, but the process from ordering, payment and sending took them over 2 weeks)
The set up I got, did not fit for me so I could not use it for Sup Foiling.
Also the quality is super poor. Without using the board deck disintegrated. (they said I just should cut the new board it and glue it myself and them the receipt for the glue I should buy elsewhere? )
I talked a lot to them and explained that the setup they suggested is totally wrong and I want to exchange for a working setup.
They said I should sell my board private on ebay and offered 30% discount for a new order.
But this gong stuff is super cheap used (because nobody seems to like it and want to get rid of it.) So I only can suggest buy elsewhere. It cost just a little more but you get working stuff in good quality, with good resale value.
I spent month to communicate with that company, communication was always nice - but at the end I wasted thousends of Euro with stuff I can not use and need to buy new from another brand.
So don't fall for there nice philosophy and marketing, look at the reviews .

Because Gong commented and say I do lie.
I did not progress, because I could not use the provided setup. And also professionals tried and said it is impossible to use this setup for SUP foiling (totally wrong for my weight class even for Wing foil,Kite foil, ... ). (And added save the money don't buy gong... )
I reported the problem to support instant after the first trials, but the Gong support said, it is because I am untrained. So i tried more.
I sended the board back for quality reasons, because the layer started to get loos and make bubbles (rareley used, stored inside) . It was in written form agreed, that this for me unusable board will get exchanged for a fitting one, (of course for additional money). But instead you send the same board back - and say I should sell private and then buy with 30% discount.
The gong boards are dirt cheap used, so 30% discount are in reallity 60% more money to pay.
I was very very patient over month to work this out, find a solution and I told you in written form, that this is in no way acceptable. I did not buy blind, I asked for consulting and explained clearly what I want to do. SUP Foil on a Lake, slow river.
I lost my money, but I hope others read this and don't waste so much time and money and fall for the nice written philosophy.
Other companies would stand for their consultation and product - and make sure the customer can use and enjoy the products.

The board is Beautiful and was delivered to me in the UK within a week, ordering was simple, Although I was a bit apprehensive whilst waiting for the board to arrive in case it was damaged in transit, I needn't have worried, the board was very well packaged, using eco materials, and is in perfect condition. Can't wait to get on the water!

I have ordered and paid for a wingfoil pack. Due to incorrect labelling it has got stuck in uk customs. There is little or no proactive action to resolve this so for now I am unhappy with the service.

GONG is taking care only for sell product via web page. After this they ship it with ( in my case) worst company GEODIS and don't take care about delivery to You!!! I'm waiting third week ( inside EU) and GONG don't know where is my package and when I'll get it ( or if I'll get it)

I ordered a complete wingfoil setup from Gong earlier this year. The delivery to the Caribbean (Antigua) was no problem, everything went smoothly.
Unfortunately, I probably got a Friday model with the wing and had problems with the bladders almost from the beginning. A friend had ordered the same set at the same time and had no problems with it. I then contacted Gong Support, who immediately sent me a free bladder for the strut. Unfortunately, I also had problems with the bladder in the leading edge, whereupon the support offered me a completely new wing (the latest model!) in exchange for my old one!
Overall I am very happy with my purchase from Gong. The support was always quick to react, very friendly and accommodating and actually deserves 6 stars. Despite my problems with the wing (hopefully an isolated case!), I think the quality that you get for the unbeatably low prices is still good, I award 4 stars here, which makes an average of 5 stars 🤩!

I bought a complete wing foil set on July 18 th (it is now the September the 1fst ) for 1.900€ which I only received partially, the sail, and never the board or foil. Gong does not give a satisfactory answer to my mails and I am under the impression that I have been cheated consciously..... Beware buying products from this company........

I couldn't try out my new wing-foil equipment but was supper frustrated that they split the shipment among two delivery companies causing me to pay more double the tax in Switzerland! (25% vs. 10%)

Hello, good morning.
I am quite disappointed with the brand because I recently purchased a Matata surf foil.
I received the board, and everything seemed fine after opening it and confirming that the material was well packaged, all 5 stars.
However, when we did the first uses, coincidentally we realized that the fiberglass was not properly finished.
We noticed several excessively large pores that allowed water to enter and exit.
I communicated the situation in the chat on August 7th or 8th, and they directed us to a specific complaint form to fill out for this situation.
On August 8th, we completed the form, but until now, we have not received any response or feedback.
To prevent further damage to the board, we took it to our local shaper who usually fixes our boards.
After analyzing the situation, he told us that the board was very poorly made and the fiberglass layer is so thin that it's normal for the board to start giving in.
He also pointed out more places, like the nose, where the fiberglass started to implode, eventually letting water in.
The tail also has the same issue.
In conclusion, given this situation, and feeling ignored, we can only regret having invested in GONG.
The materials are good, but the finishing left much to be desired. As I mentioned before, the fiberglass layer is so thin that it will open up in more places, leading to further damage.
Considering that the customer service request was created on August 8th and today is August 28th, the customer service team does not seem concerned about its customers.

I had a warranty case with a carbon mast, the feedback was fast and professional. The process of replacing the goods might be improved as i takes quite long. Still waiting for the product that was accepted as warranty case since almost 2 weeks... (might be faster within EU)

More than 2 weeks to receive an order that everythings was in stock.
I paid 151€ of transportation. Unacceptable.
I didn’t told my destination becouse I am going on a surfary trip with a camper, this time without my Gong equipment and with 2770€ less in my pocket.
You give solutions but not in this case and I paid 151€ of shipping cost and as I mentioned before this is unacceptable.
