MISLEADING VALUATION- DO NOT TRUST
I filled out the detailed online valuation form and my car was valued at £1,148. However when I went to the Edinburgh depot, they offered £750 due to some minor scratches on the paintwork. I appraised my car as average on their online questionnaire which assumed there would be some scratches and that reflected the valuation. This a a very misleading service. They will always offer more to get you there and then knock the valuation right down.

Hassle free, quick and easy!
Goodbye Car in Motherwell was excellent! The service from start to finish was hassle free, quick and easy. It took a very quick meeting , some simple paperwork and then the funds were transferred into my account the very next day! I’m sorry we didn’t get the young boys name who helped us- all I know is he is 21 tomorrow!! He was very professional and friendly and I will not hesitate to recommend this company.

Best place to sell your car!
I had been trying to sell my car privately for a while but the remaining finance I had was putting off potential buyers. Kayleigh at goodbye car Aberdeen called me in and offered me the best price I had received for my car and reassured me they would take care of the remaining finance.
My experience with goodbye car was fast and really simple - my only regret was not going straight to them from the start. Kayleigh deserves a special mention for going above and beyond with her customer service, she was so helpful and the way she dealt with the whole process was very professional yet relaxed. I would highly recommend this service to anyone as I am very impressed. Thank you and good job Kayleigh 👍🏻 5 ⭐️

It was an amazing experience as I've sold my car for same price I was given in the quote, Casie Finlayson was ever so helpful and she dealt with the process smoothly and quickly (I was shocked when she said she's new but she looked and acted completely professionally😉) thank you Casie and Derek for buying my car and finding our family dream car so easily and smoothly 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 outstanding customer service all on the site...... my wife recommend hot chocolate as she had three cups 😉
