They dont Pay what they Say
Experience was utterly unacceptable. They claim to accept second hand phones however if there is a mark on the phone they deduct £25 and send a re-offer. I would not recommend them to anyone who wants to recycle.

kept promise but poor after sales
Sold my htc one m8 and got a good price. Goodbye gadgets kept there original price and processed payment. However I had to chase for updates and also there was some confusion on payment as I chose PayPal but eventually was paid into my bank account.
Not as professional as other rivals but cannot complain as I got my hard earned cash.

Excellent service
This is the first time I used this service because it was giving me more £ for my phone then the website I used before, and because this looked pretty simple and hassle free also, I gave it a go and I'm really happy I did. I found the whole process even simpler which I appreciate a lot because I have a busy schedule. I received timely emails with updates with important information without having to go and login. All good and I certainly recommend this to friends without hesitation.

Yes I made a mistake , thought my phone was iPhone 5 s , but it was just a 5 , was offered £170, but then when I sent it too you I was offered £65, it was in nearly perfect condition, had been kept in case , it just had a little mark on corner ...... Even the guy in the Vodafone shop remarked on how good condition it was in , so how did it go from £170 to £65, I have asked for phone to be sent back .

They are poor had a email to confirm they had my phone and could continue with payment in my PayPal that day.It was 5 days later still nothing do I sent a email requesting if it wasn't in my account by the end of the day I wanted the phone back and I would be contacting trading standards.Guess what in the space of 30 mins of the email the funds was in my account this place is a joke !!!!!!!!

Very happy
Goodbyegadgets offered me a lot more than any other recycling company for my iPhone 4S with a cracked screen.
Having emailed them with a query about my payment (I think it was my error) they responded within a couple of hours and payment was made.
I am happy to recommend the company and would use them again.
