i had sent a Phone to another Recycling Company before and did not have a good experience, i thought i would try once more and all i can say is what a great Company my Phone was in good condition i received an email saying my Phone had been received no price drop money was in my bank the next day

A great price on a working Blackberry 9900 and super quick money in my account, no hassles. Easy to use site, sent with free label, tracked delivery, emails to update me they received it, checked it, had accepted it and would deposit funds. Posted Friday, money in my account Monday about 4.30pm - FAB!

So after trading in a brand new HTC still in the box they advised it had worse than average wear and tear. Amazing considering its not been used. And a cheaper price offered. Very poor really. Wouldnt use again.

Sent my iPhone to this company and forgot to remove my iCloud and found it confusing on how to do it. Dexter guided me with simple instructions on how to do this and got paid the full amount, couldn't of been a better company to choose. Will be sending my daughters phone in soon.

Spot on traded my iPhone 5 in to these guys, a little bit cautious as never recycled my phone before but we notified every step of the way.

Very helpful, was unsure on how to send my device in so contacted them and they helped me every step of the way, was told my payment would be processed the same day they received my old phone and they did exactly as they said! deffiently going to use again, thank you goodbyegadgets team!

Been offer 70.10 for my iphone 4s
Then i been told that my phone is in used condition.
(It is old phone been used for few years
So dont expect grade A phones here?)
And other offer was send for 45.10
Then most strange thing happened.
They have send me invoice for 70.10 but i recieved 45.10 so thats strange...

Please be aware of the very neat scam that this company use.Once they receive your phone I was informed that the glass was smashed,which obviously resulted in a much reduced offer...and I even included a spare battery.I would never use this company again.Plus I will be passing on my experience to friends to ensure they too are not ripped off.Totally disgusted.Not worth any star rating.

I found the price I was given very fair I received my payment within 24 hours of Goodbye Gadget receiving my phone. My bag for posting my gadget arrived the very next day with tracking sticker to post back and the postage was free. I was very pleased with the service I got thank you Goodbye Gadget

Sold my Note 3 for £177.00, best web offer. Received a postage package on Thursday. Posted my mobile on Friday. Delivery confirmed on Monday. Payment to my bank on Tuesday. Brilliant.

This company was great. They sent out excellent packing material and replied promptly when they had received and assessed the phone. I was happy with the reevaluation as well. Money was transfered into my account on the day of the email confirmation. Excellent service all around!

Recycled my wife's iPhone 5s after finding Goodbye Gadgets on a comparison website. They weren't rated the highest nor recommended even though the best price but I took a chance. Not only did they offer the best price by far, but also kept me up to date along the way and paid very quickly after receiving and checking the phone.

tried to sell my phone as I have recently upgraded and goodbye gadgets offered the best price. 4 days later I got an email saying they wouldn't pay what they offered for my device.

I was not notified before sending the device that the price could change, as the only criteria was that it was in a full working order, which was the case.

I have used this company twice now, having just sold my daughters iPhone to them from it being sent and receiving her money it took 5 days. Fantastic communications. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Would certainly recommend goodbye gadgets to anyone wanting to sell any device.

Sold my daughter's iPhone 4S, by far the best price I found online. Somehow managed to leave her iCloud on it and got a text with instructions on how to remove. Very polite and helpful. Was told money would be in my account in a couple of days and it was. Couldn't be happier with the service, have used various mobile recycling companies in the past and this was the best by far!
