It was a great service fast payment and when I received the packaging it was a tracked package from when I posted it. They received two days later.

Found this company after searching for which website would give me the best value for my old iPhone. I had previously never heard of Goodbye Gadgets so was a little cautious. I enquired before hand and explained that my phone just had one small fault, they offered me a good price and their customer service was fantastic. They got back to all my messages right away and paid as soon as I accepted their price. If I have devices to recycle in the future, I'd happily use them again.

Sold my s6 edge to them and was quoted £408 I received a txt 2 days after posting at 7.35pm offering me £388 saying the screen had deep scratch on it I asked for pictures to show this and never received them I still sold it to them as they still gave a bit more than other company's so be careful dealing with this company take pictures of your items before you send them

I was a bit wary at first due to the prices they were offering, i just thought it was too good to be true. i sent my phone to goodbye gadgets and within 2 days the funds were in my bank. im so pleased with this company, best quotes by far and very trustworthy. thanks again goodbye gadgets :)

I decided to trade in my phone after having no end of problems trying to sell it online. Wish I'd done this first!
Straight forward service, postage items arrived quickly and the money that was quoted was in my bank when they said it would be.
Great communication too, everything was explained step by step & when I'd forgotten to enclose the required documents, I was informed everything would be fine. It was.

Sourced the company via Compare and Recycle, which gave the best price on Monday. Sent off my iPad securely packaged same day and by Special Delivery via Royal Mail, I received an e-mail the following day to confirm receipt and a following e-mail to tell me me it had passed it's testing the full amount would be paid. I've checked my bank account this morning (Wednesday) to see the quoted amount paid into my account, a seem less, simple and efficient service. Thank you.

Chose this company because they offered the best price. Everything seemed fine until they contacted me to tell my phone had arrived with a deep scratch on the screen,which would obviously impact the price they could offer. Thee was definitely no scratch on the screen of the phone and it was sent in its original packaging,so unlikely it happened in transit.
My trust in this coming us zero. Suggest taking photos if your device before you send it to stop mysterious damage from occurring to your device.

I must admit I was sceptical.
But all they state on their tin (their website) was accurate and true. Payment to me 2 days after item was sent to them.

Was recommended by my brother to use these and sold my iPhone 5 on here and got the best price Around. Accidentally left my iCloud on it and got a text with instructions on how to clear, money then immediately in my account. Couldn't be happier with the service and the ease of it, will use again.

Having sent my fone off in fantastic condition knowing that the fone worked perfectly and the camera 100% as I used it daily for work, I received a txt from Dean saying my camera was faulty and it was showing a purple picture. So now £92 was reduced to £62. I refused and requested my phone to be sent back to me. As expected, when i received my phone back, nothing is wrong with my camera ! Nice try guys, better luck next time. Wonder how many times they have got away with it ?

The process was very easy, I had a ready paid envelope sent to me and then I sent my old Iphones and recieved payment within 3 days. The great thing was that someone from the company updated me via text everytime there was a new update. Great service and the person that served me by the Name of Dean was really helpful. Thanks!
