Sent my broken iPhone 4S last Thursday and was paid out on the Monday, how can I complain?

My iPhone had a cracked screen and would only charge when it was powered off but this was not a problem for Goodbyegadgets. Unfortunately when they received my phone it came with a PIN number and was locked to iCloud but they contacted me straight away and it was all sorted.

They paid me what they had promised in the quote and it went directly into my bank account. Very satisfied with the service and the fact an old broken phone that was stuck in a drawer was still worth something. Will use again.

Like most ppl here i was sceptical using a new company with very little info online but the price diff between them and competitors was massive so decided to go through with it. Excellent communication throughout and payment submitted same day after testing, would defo recommend using them to recycle your old phones

I found this company on a comparison website, and they were offering £63 more for my phone model than anywhere else. The comparison site had no reviews as it seems to be a new setup, so I had a look on this website instead. There were a lot of people reviewing it with only one or two reviews so wasn't sure if they were genuine, but took the risk anyway.

I sent my phone special delivery, and the evening after posting I received a text from Dean. He said that one of the panels was dmamaged so he could only offer £10 less. In fairness, the panel was very scuffed, and this was still £53 more than anyone else, so I messaged back to okay this. The next day the money was in my bank account. He offered to post the phone back free of charge if the new price was not acceptable.

I realise that this is my first review on this site and I might look like a stooge too, but I just signed up to give some feedback as this is a genuine company offering a better price than the main names. Highly recommended.

Sold my iPhone 5c to this company and was very impressed with the efficient communication with dean who sorted out any problems! Was priced down due to some dents etc however still received higher than most mobile recycling companies and money was paid next day! Will use again :)

Just had a text from one staff member from this company trying to say I was unfair in my review.

"so you was being bit unfair with your review, we are willing to do a re offer and give you £10 more if you change your review from 1 star to 5 star, as we think you are being extremely picky,"

Not only did my original problem not get sorted they are insulting and now trying to buy my review. Not been this insulted in a long long time! Not happy at all.

I sold my htc one through goodbye gadgets as they offered the best price and never having done this before was a bit sceptical but it was very easy and as soon as they received my phone I received payment so well done to all at goodbye gadgets

This company was very speedy, with lovely customer service thanks to Dean. Recommend this company for all phone users willing to recycle - you wont regret it by far!

Very simple and easy!! Communication was excellent, I dealt with Dean who was very helpful & kept me informed throughout the process. Would highly recommend Goodbye Gadgets and will definitely use them again in the future.

My old iPhone 5S just died, no recovery, so get get £88 for it was a great contribution to a replacement. No hesitation to recommend - so simple to do. Great service and communication if needed. Basically money for nothing - especially if your old phone is dead, and amazing rates.

Absolutely shocked with the price, more than double the competitors

I came across the site of Goodbyegadgets when trolling for an organisation to buy my iphone 4 having just upgraded to an iPhone 5c. I have to admit, initially I was somewhat sceptical as it all seemed too easy to sell to Goodbyegadgets - tick/fill up a few boxes, print off an E-Mail acceptance confirming the price & post off. It all seemed too easy & their offer was well in excess of other sites. However I decided to proceed & everything went very smoothly & quickly. The money was paid in to my bank account on the same day & I was kept advised of progress by text all the way along. Therefore I can not recommend this company highly enough I have no hesitation in using them & in fact now that my husband has unlocked his iphone through EE/Apple he is also sending his old iPhone 4 to them

I sent my old iphone to Goodbye Gadgets and found them to be amazing and so helpful. I had about an hour and a half of texting with Dean, who was brilliant. He made sure everything was sorted, I forgot to delete some things on my phone and he helped me so much. He is amazing. The money is now in my bank and I would use this company again

Compared to larger sites a complete and utter dream. Received a phone call on the day of delivery and money as promised to exact amount the next day. Couldn't recommend them in a way that does justice. Impressive.

A great one stop shop for gadget recycling who offered the best price from the comparisons that I did. Some other schemes offered as low as 50% of the value given by goodbye gadgets. They even sorted everything when I forgot to include information about myself when sending the phone via their tracking of the package. Yes, I would use them again.
