Posted my phone on Thurs by special delivery, got an email on Fri confirming receipt and testing and the payment arrived in my bank account over the weekend! Can't fault the customer service and would recommend this service.

Firstly they offered by far the highest price for my phone that I could find online. I made a mistake in my order but they replied to my email within the hour and corrected it without any issues. The pre-paid packaging arrived the next day and contained easy to following instructions. My phone was received two days after I sent it back and I received an email at 10 am telling me the phone was about to be tested. At 11.30 pm I received a further email to say my payment was being processed and the money cleared in my account the following morning. They paid out exactly what they said they would. I am very satisfied with the service, however, the website states that payment will clear the same day that the device is received. In my case it was the following day which, while not a big deal, isn't quite the service they advertise. Of course that could be down to the bank...either way it was still very fast and a great experience.

Was looking to trade my old Iphone in for cash, after searching through a few companies this was by far the best for price. Fast, swift service the whole process only took around 3-4 working days. Will recommend to friends.
