Great course and layout. One negative aspect is the constant added background music to the speaker/lecturer. There is no need for music in the back. It gets very tiring after a while and actually slow... See more

I have chosen good e learning for learning Togaf business architecture course . Content is curated and delivered by very experienced professionals. You have videos to sit back and listen to the explanations instead of flipping and reading through pages and yes you have excercise after end of chapter to verify your understanding . I have cracked the examination in first attempt with ease .I would strongly recommend good e learning for all your learning needs.
Ps : I should really appreciate the support team of good e learning , they are really responsive and blazing fast to respond and resolve your queries .

Very poor on-boarding, it took days before I could start the program
Very poor customer follow up including been shouted on on the phone
Very poor in supporting study materials, got in touch for a clarification, never heard back!
Lacking in quality management
Very bad experience
In response to your reaction below
1. Thank you for responding, and accepting blame for the delay, this is well appreciated
2. You did send a voucher to me with a deadline of February 28, I took the exams and passed because I could not wait anymore
3. I got the correct meaning of the relationships that were not so explicit in the Open Group ArchiMate specifications and the relationship hierarchy
My question "..... (slide 24 of 37 module 6) it appears your organization shows only 7 relationships --- Influence, access, serving, realization, assignment, aggregation and composition -- (slide 24 of 37 module 6). Where does association fit in this?"
I asked the question 4 days ago --- at the rate indicated, the exam would have been over before you provide an answer? A response like "the specification is not clear on the hierarchy for this specific relationship" would have been enough!
4. If you do take customer feedback seriously, the over 40 email exchange between myself and your organization should have really gotten very good resolution.
5. I wish your organization all the best

I did the ITIL 4 Foundation course through Good e-Learning, and found the overall experience (including course materials) quite good.
The only area that could do with some improvement is the media player - it doesn't remember volume and speed settings when moving from one video to the next.
Otherwise I'd gladly recommend this learning company, and have already signed up for my next course. Was it not for the media player niggles, I would have given it 5 stars.

After taking the Good e-Learning course for TOGAF Essentials, I was able to pass The Open Group's practice and final assessments on the first attempt each. I got great responses from the support team in forwarding my course completion quickly, since I was in a bit of a time crunch to get the Essentials credential.

Well presented course covering all the essential information needed for ITIL 4.
Definitely recommended as an online learning provider.

Case studies are often very minimal. References to other frameworks (like SAFe, as example) are too limited to be useful. imHo

Everything is fine. Please include examples or process flow diagram using Lucidchart, as many people are not using Visio.
Overall - Very good in the way the modules are prepared and the videos are structured.

I love the format of the course and the trainers have been easy to follow.
The only “negative” comment I have is that the videos don’t automatically continue to the next one. This is hardly a negative but it could be a convenient feature!
