Can't control the speed of videos and they don't autoplay. It seems like you are stuck in the 90s and I'm never buying from you again. If I could get a refund I would. 0/10

If you could provide us with more details regarding the autoplay, we could check how it might be fixed. If you give us a chance, we want to hear more feedback and fix this issue as well for COBIT 5 Foundation course.
Please be advised that all our courses that were launched recently have the ability to control speed (the courses like ITIL 4 Foundation, PRINCE2® 2017).

Regret buying two courses here.
I have taken many on-line certifications and this one was by far the worst. It was basically a very long PowerPoint presentation where somebody read each slide out loud. There was canned music playing with each slide which is horrible as music interferes with learning. There was not one real world example of the application of the principles. The presentation was littered with typos and grammar mistakes. There is no interactive learning of any value. The sample questions were minimal. Customer service is horrible- chat NEVER picks up and it takes 1-5 DAYS to get a testing voucher after course completion. I paid over £700 for my courses and they delivered about £70 of value.
