Look elsewhere for impartial reviews

I submitted a genuine review two weeks ago about a garage I had a bad experience with. They haven't published it which begs the question, who is their customer and who are they really serving? I guess it's the garages that pay for their service. Look elsewhere if you want to choose a trustworthy garage based on impartial reviews.

The Good Garage scam

A company that lists apparently good garages. Garages pay something to them to apply their logo on their invoices and letterhead paper for credibility. I have had a problem with the garage and I contacted The Good Garage scheme to complain about them. They backed them up completely and they said that they found nothing wrong with the fact that I was charged an hour and a half labour for a job that took 25 minutes. They found nothing wrong with the fact that I was charged £72 for the use of their tools to complete the job. They found nothing wrong with the fact that I was charged an environmental disposal fee, even though so there was absolutely nothing to dispose off. They backed a fraudulent company and this should say it all.
All of the garages listed have hundreds, if not thousands of positive reviews. It didn't take me much to realise that anyone can leave reviews and they can leave as many reviews as they wish. Why should I think that these reviews are all genuine? Actually everything makes me think that most of these reviews have been left by the garage owners. Maybe they should rename their company "The Good Garage scam".
