Easy company to deal with
Easy company to deal with. The shoes are great value and the customer service second to none. The shoes fitted well and are very comfortable. However, I know that if that were not the case then GS are happy to help with returns.
If you have not used GS before then give them a try, you cannot go wrong.

Great all round experience and service
Contrary to the 4 star rating I actually sent my men's LINWOOD 2.0 BORDO WEDGE back, because the fit didn't suit me. I ordered a size 8 and would have required a size 7. However size 7 was sold out on all the other options for me. As a observation I see why size seven"s throughout the web site were sold out across the board. It's the whole experience/service that gets the 4 Star. The using of the web site, receiving the package in good time undamaged. The package and footwear was great also the return"s label inside was important because I ended up using it because I had an issue on my part at the time when trying to do it through the site. I was still able to get my refund. I will definitely be on the lookout in the future for opportunity to get something in the size 7 when available.
