Went to the Jack In The Box #J7255 located at 1261 W Warm Springs Rd Henderson NV. and had an awful experience. Ordered a breakfast jack and two hamburgers and received an old cheeseburger with a breakfast jack wrapper, and two old hamburgers. The three burgers were dried and fused together, could not be pried apart and were not edible. Jack corporate emailed me twice with a promise someone would contact me to rectify complaint and they refuse to do so. This store provided wrong and poor product, poor service, no receipt, no napkins, they ignore your complaint and refuse fix their poor behavior. Nothing could be worse than a restaurant stealing your money, having poor ownership and management, ignoring your complaint and refusing to respond to rectify their poor management. Jack In The Box spends millions of dollars to advertise their business to get people to patronize their stores, then they treat you like this when they behave with high level incompetence.

Google never answer
Google never answer !
Since November 2025 until today, I have been experiencing continuous and unexplained removal of customer reviews from my business profile on Google Business Profile
These are genuine reviews from real clients who have received my services.
What is even more concerning is the complete lack of support. I have contacted Google multiple times over the past several months and have never received a response or any form of resolution.
This situation is directly impacting my business credibility and online visibility. For a platform that plays such a critical role in local businesses, this level of neglect and lack of transparency is unacceptable.
At this stage, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the absence of any meaningful support.
Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. The company appears to do little to protect users from hacking issues, and customer service is virtually nonexistent. It’s unacceptable for a billion-dollar company to operate at this level. A serious improvement in security and support is needed
"GOOGLE IS YOUR FRIEND!!!11111"
Everything about this search engine is awful now. Every time I try to search for ANYTHING I want, it gives me unrelated results that is ONLY related to what I typed in, and I kid you not, one of the results I got, IT SENT ME TO A DEAD LINK!!!! Oh here's the worst part, trying to log into my account is incredibly tedious and support is useless. It shoves AI down your throat EVERYTIME you search for something, And if you TRY to search for ANYTHING in incognito mode, it makes you do a captcha. It's like they WANT you to use a different search engine. Well, congrats. You succeeded.

I've been a customer for years
I've been a customer for years, albeit the last few I barely used the service and kept meaning to find the time to eliminate them.
1. They made eliminating my data as much of a nightmare as possible. I'd found numerous images they'd acquired and positioned in Photos or Places without my express consent, likely riding on some section of the EULA. Some of these included images from Snapchat on a device that had been largely de-Googled by me. It's evident that they will not accept no as an answer.
2. Over-use of the term "Beta" got tiring years ago. Even after years and years, they couldn't help at points but redirect me in Chicago or similar places into the exact same toll booth three different ways to one like it was a thing to do. If I was a new toll booth, I could've gotten it, but they've legitimately cost me quite a sum of money and inconvenience with their Maps services.
3. They conveniently deposited settlements and arbitrations, including against themselves, into the recycling or trash bin for me. To be fair, I don't understand why these weren't mailed to me, even when I could swear I'd requested as such.
4. They frequently failed to stop spam, phishing, and would even let some messages through that should've been stopped before even being properly handled by the server. This issue became worse over time, not better.
5. The few times I ever contacted their support, I was basically told "it's beta" or that there was nothing they could do about it.
6. I've gone into my Drive before to find their cloud service somehow lightly shuffled or removed some files for no particular reason. This is where I had the most issues trying to get any form of help, often being told "that's impossible" or that I did something wrong. Some of these files only resurfaced when I had deleted literally everything else.
7. They've contacted other services I utilize to get away from them with a copy of their EULA. I wish I was kidding, but when I went months without directly agreeing or having to consent to one of their EULAs, they quite simply skimmed for my data and walked right past another business to hand it to me, when I hadn't directly given them permission to do so.
8. Their verbage is highly concerning, and pairs poorly with point 1. At several points they merely expressed deleting some data would only remove my access to it - not that it would be gone forever. They have repeatedly demonstrated they think they can own everything, and that they have issues being told no.
I could honestly keep going, and would sooner advise anyone who thinks I'm just griping to take a look. They have an extensive list of issues building up, and the rating on here alone should help clarify why I've left.
I really, really miss when it was just two dudes in a garage. I regret being an earlier adopter, and taking this long to leave them completely. I don't even vaguely believe they've honored my request to delete my account and information.
@GoogleOne @Google I am a paying Google…
@GoogleOne @Google I am a paying Google One 2TB subscriber and Gmail user since 2004. My account was hacked TODAY and all recovery options changed. Your automated system is blocking me despite having my original password, PayPal billing history, and Google Wallet still active on my device. I need a human to review my case urgently. Please help. #GoogleOne #AccountHacked
Recurring battery defect met with final refusal after years of loyalty
I've been a Google Pixel customer for several years. My Pixel 6 developed a swollen battery — a known hardware defect — and was replaced. The replacement unit developed the exact same fault. When I contacted Google Support, I was told the device had passed its warranty period and that their decision was "final and absolute." No repair, no replacement, no goodwill gesture.
This isn't a wear-and-tear issue. A swollen battery recurring on a replacement unit points to a manufacturing defect, which under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 should be remedied regardless of warranty timelines. Google's internal escalation process ended with a form response directing me to pay for repairs out of pocket.
I've now exhausted all internal channels and will be proceeding with a Letter Before Action and, if necessary, a Money Claim Online (small claims) filing.
If you're a UK customer facing a similar issue, know your rights under the CRA 2015 — the warranty period is not the ceiling of your legal protection.
Subject: Formal Complaint – Inability to Access Google Account Despite Correct Creden
tials
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my ongoing inability to access all of my Google accounts.
For the past five days, I have been locked out of my account despite having the correct password and full access to the linked email addresses. The account in question is connected to two other email accounts: one for work, one for personal use, and a designated recovery email. I have access to all of them.
However, because I do not have access to the required authentication token when near the new device (or device logged out by google system) , I am completely unable to log in. This situation is extremely concerning. Even with correct credentials and access to recovery methods, there appears to be no effective way to verify my identity or regain access.
What makes this situation worse is the lack of accessible support. There is no clear way to contact Google to confirm that I am the legitimate account owner, especially from outside a logged-in environment. As a result, I am left without any meaningful support or resolution.
In my view, this creates a serious imbalance: while the system is designed to prevent unauthorized access, it also makes it nearly impossible for legitimate users to regain access. Ironically, this could create opportunities for malicious actors while locking out rightful owners.
In 2026, this level of customer support and account recovery is unacceptable for a company of Google's scale and responsibility.
I respectfully request immediate assistance in recovering access to my account, as well as a review of your account recovery and customer support processes.
I look forward to your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Alexander
ASKO dishwasher unfit for purpose
We purchased an ASKO dishwasher (model DB1565IK.W.AU) expecting a high quality, reliable appliance. Unfortunately, our experience has been quite the opposite. From the start the appliance has been inconsistent in cleaning, with residue left on dishes and the cabinet walls. This has resulted in frequently rewashing items and resorting to hand washing. Given the price point and ASKO's reputation, we expected a product that would be durable, reliable, and fit for purpose. In our view, the dishwasher has not met these expectations. While ASKO has provided service visits (machine is still under warranty) we had to be persistent in not being responsible for the cost if there was nothing mechanically identified. Due to no mechanical issues identified, we believe ASKO has focused on designing an applicant that has a high efficiency rating, while compromising its ability to wash dishes effectively. We don't believe this appliance is fit for purpose.
Boots Opticians Hornchurch…
Since 2023 Boots Opticians Hornchurch has been my go to opticians. All the staff are professional, personable and flexible. The eyesight test is very thorough and can detect potential problems way ahead of time. The store offers a wide selection of frames and lens options. Special mention to the store manager, Michelle, who's sunny radiance just fills your day. I was attended by 4 ladies, and I don't think that if King Charles was their customer he would have received better treatment than me. Carole, Debbie and Aiysha took the greatest care with me and made the entire visit both pleasant and memorable.
I'm tried of this company, and I've been their best customer.
So, I've been a customer of Google for a long time. I've paid tens of thousands for their ads. I've bought their pixel phones for years. Used their AI. Etc.
But, I think I'm just done with them. I have a 1-star review from some goof who was never a client. Never even called my business. There is no text with it. Just 1 star. That's all. Google will not take it down. I've been through everything. I really hope ChatGPT eats its lunch in advertising. I don't think anyone will cry one tear.
Google removes negative reviews without notice
Google removed my review, stating it did not adhere to its policies, but refuses to explain which guideline it supposedly violates. It refers to a long list of policies, but I cannot understand which policy I was supposedly violating. I can only conclude that the reviews shown are often only positive reviews, whereas negative reviews are removed by Google, without notifying the reviewer, and with appeals being rejected without explanation. This is very disappointing, as I used to believe Google's reviews were more reliable than certain other review websites. I'll stick to Trustpilot instead. At least they notify reviewers when they intend to remove reviews.
Horrible company
Horrible company. Partisan news. Partisan search results. Googletagmanager tracking and stealing data at every click. Gmail doesn’t acknowledge punctuation in usernames yet keeps that fact hushed so even large companies like LinkedIn and PayPal allow fraudulent accounts to open by altering punctuation in gmail usernames. What an awful company in so many ways we aren’t even privvy to yet
