Perfect service

After having our house renovated in July 2025 we needed some vertical blinds fitting. After seeing an advert in the local Grapevine magazine I called for a quote The guy who came was very friendly and knowledgeable. The blinds were made within the week and fitted perfectly. Will definitely order from Amora Blinds again

WRONG SIZE LOAN WHEELS PUT ON MY…

WRONG SIZE LOAN WHEELS PUT ON MY MERCEDES AMG.

My car was booked in and i confirmed in my booking every detail about my wheels which i have a trail and proof to show.
You were aware i have 19inch wheels with spacers and that i will be needing loan wheels.
I sent pictures of every individual wheel and my booking was confirmed.
When my loan wheels were put on my car they were sticking out and too big.
When i questioned the size i was told NOT TO DRIVE FAST.
I left and whilst driving around my car arch kept scraping, i was unable to drive properly and the scraping was distracting, this is not what i expect from a alloy fix company to put on my car and charge me for the privilege. No matter how i drove this kept scraping every bump and turn scraped and was effecting my driving.
Even going round roundabouts it was scraping.
I don’t want to hear you blaming my spacers in your response as you were aware of this so you should have had a solution before these hideous wheels had been put on.
If spacers are an issue then why doesn’t it state this anywhere and why was i not asked to bring my original bolts.
Spacers are a common thing and should be something you are prepared for.
And don’t reply by saying you was going to refund this because your only offer of refund was due to my bolts not being put back on. You offered £70 saying you will refund a buckle which barely covers the 100 miles back and forth in petrol i used let alone my time and missed day of work because of your negligence.
You keep that £70 i would rather make people aware and keep them safe from your mistakes.
Please everybody read my other review to understand what kind of terrible experience i had at Alloy fix.

Google no longer trustworthy

Google no longer trustworthy, reviews on this platform are very far from accurate, they not allowed to post negative reviews. Only happy reviews don't make place better if management is wrong and toxic

Bureaucracy and helpless customer support

I have been trying to change the country of residence for 9 days now and all they say that this has been escalated to the right team who never showed up or contacted me and whenever I ask for help they say this has been escalated so many times. How rediculous this is for a company like Google unable to simply change country. This is absolutely rubbish

I bought a fitbit charge 6 2 days ago…

I bought a fitbit charge 6 2 days ago and I have to say I'm not impressed at all. I paid £140 only to find out that you are required to sign up to a subscription at £8 per month to fully use it!! I can't even add my bank card on to it as barclays say it's a security risk and they won't allow it. And the worst part is that I can't return it as it's not faulty. I think that it's a scam to sell an item and then charge a subscription fee to be able to use all of the functions of that item. There should be a law against it!

Google censors free speech.

I hate that Google censors people for telling the truth when giving a review about any establishment, or the type of service an establishment gives to it's customers/tenants. I wrote two reviews giving my experience living at the Sandlake Courtyards Condominium which used to be the Heritage Hotel way back in the day. Both reviews were censored because Google claims that they had language in them that violates their policy of conduct. Even though I knew they were 100% wrong I tried reasoning with them by changing a few things I wrote, & they still disagreed with what the reviews said. They are the Epitome of what's wrong with businesses always trying to silence free speech out of fear of someone getting their feelings hurt or something. What a piece of work Google is.

Centre Barks - Thirsk

What is so nice about leaving Maddie as CenterBarks each week is the trust I have in them.
She is cared for as an individual dog with love and care.
They take time to work out what your dog enjoys and gives that to them.
She is always full of beans when I go to pick her up.
No hesitation at all in recommending people to take their dogs here.

A great disappointment

We have been using the services of P.Marsh Electricals of Barton-on-Sea for over two years since 18/11/2024 costings us just below a thousand pounds, only to be overcharged on 7 January 2026 by £75 for less than a ten minute refixing job on our towel rail. We were not told of the increase of £20 over their £55 hourly charge. After a phone call for an explanation, and a complaint letter advised by Citizens Advice Bureau, a £20 refund cheque was granted. We still disagree for paying £55 as it was the same ongoing job.

What ever you do, do not buy a Google Pixel 10 Pro

What ever you do, do not waste your money on a Google Pixel 10 Pro. It's a $1,000 piece of shit!!! The first only last for 3 days before it just completely stopped working. Now 3 months into disappointing performance, the phone freezes up, lagging issues and the finger print scan has stopped working properly as well. There are issues with the search results showing on the screen in a way that you can't even read it all. So in conclusion, A $1,000 PIECE OF SHIT!!!!!!!!!

Google 10 (Do not buy, they have a overheating problem)

Please read, as this is important if you are going to buy a Google Pixel phone. I bought a Google Pixel phone some years ago, it was the 7a, never had any problems with it, only about 2 years later the colour started to shade a bit, and the phone started to get a bit hot, but I sold it, and that was that. I decided to buy and treat myself to a Google 10(what ever you so DON't) This is the worst phone that I have ever bought in my life..Title: Dangerous device, appalling customer service...do NOT buy!

I purchased a Google Pixel 10 from Argos on the 31st January 2026, and within just 47 days, the phone started overheating dangerously during normal use. This isn’t minor; it’s a genuine safety risk. I contacted Google, explained the situation, and clearly described the stress and physical impact this caused.

Instead of acknowledging the risk or offering a proper solution, Google refused to provide a refund and insisted the only option is a replacement. This would leave me without a phone for 5–10 business days, which is unreasonable, unsafe, and completely dismissive of the problem. They showed absolutely NO respect for me what so ever.

I no longer have confidence in this model and actually despise the phone now and do NOT want a replacement. The way Google has handled this, ignoring safety concerns, refusing to acknowledge customer distress, and passing responsibility to the retailer, is disgusting.

If you value your safety, time, and money, think twice before buying from Google. Their customer service is appalling, scripted, dismissive, and frankly awful...

Google not fixing known problem

Bought a pixel 9 pro April 25. Fast forward to March 26, the phone has long green lines up the screen and I can no longer use touch functionality. It has normal wear and tear but due to the tiniest dent on the side of the device, the Google third party repair centre denied it's warranty.

It's been in a Google case and Google glass protector since I bought it (costing an extra £80)

This is a known error from Google pixel phones from 8 onwards and it looks like they're trying to get out of repairing them.

Was quoted £923 to repair it. Absolutely joke.

The repair centre said they would have repaired it, but the motherboard also had an issue. So they're saying it was under warranty until they thought it would cost too much to repair and found a tiny dent on the side of the phone to avoid having to pay for the repair.

Totally shocked and appealed from their decision.

Google is the last piece of crap

Google is the last piece of crap, do not use their own services / my Business!

That Google (my Business) is the last piece of crap is undisputed.

People, think about it - Google, the pile of crap, does not use its own services! ...

Google does not use the Google Business / my Business option.

Why -> Users could give Google feedback - and Google would have to respond - according to the terms!
