Marie was a superstar. I needed some new walking shoes so she gave great advice about sizing as I was between sizes. Nothing was too much trouble when trying different sizes and styles.

Thank you to a great team at Alnwick Go Outdoors. Always friendly, knowledgable and helpful. A extra huge shout out and thank you to Phil whose patience and expertise enabled me to find the perfect pair of hiking boots for my ‘Bernie Rubble’ feet! Your help and advice are greatly appreciated. Also, Russell who has helped with choosing a rucksack and all things hiking. It’s great to be able to seek advice from staff who obviously have experience of outdoor activities. Thanks also to Debz who served at the till with a lovely smile. Always a pleasure to visit Go Outdoors in Alnwick.

Much of womens poorly set out and squashed into a corner.
Wanted to buy trousers but couldnt look up to see signs as lights were in line of sight so gave up.
One other person was in the area with women's jackets so only had a cursory glance. Happened to see one I liked the look of but really was after something slightly better but couldnt get to them so gave up on them. Poor display, mens is much better.

Sam was exceptionally helpful in finding me new walking shoes. As a size 12–13, I often struggle to find the right fit, especially with wider feet. Sam recommended several options and happily fetched different sizes for me to try. Great advice, excellent customer service and a fantastic pair of shoes. Highly recommend!

Quick delivery early than expected

Wow,Russell, thank you for all help when looking for a ladies wetsuit, your knowledge was immense, reminding of the different of thicknesses when I picked up the colour I liked,rather than how warm it would keep me in cold water..
No question seemed to silly when I asked for help with no knowledge at all, thank you for your time,the staff in the store were all welcoming and friendly,would certainly visit this store again

Needed a new pair of leather boots, but needed good advice too as I was looking to go 'top end' rather than cheaper.

Russell was excellent, providing all the facts, but also some things to think about when making a choice. He was patient and so very helpful.

Other staff (Jay & Sam) were also helpful. All were a credit to Go Outdoors.

Russell couldn’t have been more helpful today when my husband needed some new walking boots for his very large feet. He went above and beyond and was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience in this store.

I went to the Alnwick store to find a new pump for my airframe tent. Sam and Debs were very helpful and found exactly what we needed. We got back to the campsite and were undercover just in time for a light shower ! Thanks to both of you. William Hill.

All the staff were extremely friendly. I bought a pair of boots and a backpack. Debz was particularly helpful on advice about the boots.

Very thorough

Visited the Alnwick store and had excellent service. The assistant was polite and helpful, giving me advice on various shoes making sure they were suited to my needs. Sadly, they didn’t have my preferred shoe in my size in Alnwick, so she went online and identified that they were in stock in Berwick and called them to reserve them for me. So much better being able to go into a shop than doing everything online. She also identified that I could get extra discount though my Camping and Caravanning Club membership - I really appreciated that.

Click & Collect from the Alnwick store always works well. Staff are always very pleasant & efficient

Friendly people. Click and collect for the Thule bike rack worked a treat

Product was as described, reasonable quality and a great price.We however did not receive an email stating that our order was ready for collection. We went to the store at Alnwick and the staff found our items in their stock room. Staff however were very good and helpful.
