Recommend, good quality

I only giving one but I wouldn’t of given any I been trying since Feb 2026 emails phone calls and still no joy when is someone going get back to me i have rang shop number of times u can hearing them in back ground not want to come to phone someone needs to contact me staff the service and customer service is TERRIBLE

Wonderful service plenty of choice .Good sales on Sally helped me with buying walking boots .She was so patient so that I got the right pair for me .

Went to go outdoors at Alnwick today for some walking boots. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Especially Marie who even gave us some advice on where to visit in the local area, ( we were on holiday at the time). Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Returned online purchase at local store. Very convenient.

What a wonderful experience!

OEX 600 torch couldn’t be opera replace batteries. Gentleman who helped me at Go Outdoors spent time patiently trying to work out a solution but then replaced the torch. His time and helpful manner led to further purchases from the Alnwick Store. Would recommend highly.

Called into the Alnwick store looking for a new pair of trainers/walking shoes. We were served by Sam who was very helpful, patient with great product knowledge. Needless to say, we are very happy with our purchase.

Staff were extremely helpful when I went on a walking holiday and forgot my walking shoes! They helped me chose a suitable pair of trainers which were much cheaper than walking shoes

We called into Go Outdoors Alnwick while away on our holidays. We were looked after from the moment we walked into the store. The staff were super friendly and also made a big fuss of our Black labrador, who incidentally loved every minute of it! Sam and Sally were great, very helpful and made our shopping experience a happy one. We only called in for browse but ended up buying some walking shoes, a windproof jacket, a rucksack and some socks!! Many thanks and see you again.

Went in not knowing anything and was helped by Sally and Debs all the way. Very happy with the information I was given and the purchase I made. Was not pressured in the slightest.

Great price fast delivery and well pacakaged

Came in to the Alnwick store to purchase a hat and buy some trainers. Picked the hat up and went over to the trainers I was interested in. Asked the gentleman who was building a display stand if they had the trainers in a size 10. He huffed and puffed and came over they walked off without talking to the store room. He then came back with the box took the display trainer in the box and put it on the display cage where I was sitting and agin walked off without talking. I tried the trainers on and lucky they fitted as I would have dreaded asking him anything else. I reboxed them and went to the cashier. This is a completely different experience to last time I came in. The lady was amazing, could not do enough for me and went above and beyond. The gentleman could do with some training from her.

Staff lovely here, very helpful and probably the best range of walking footwear we’ve seen in a Go Outdoors store anyway. We came away with a pair of boots each, so that says it all really. Thanks to Sam and the other staff who chipped in, and Tilly our Collie was grateful for their attention too.

As always a fantastic shopping experience with very knowledgeable staff in all departments, who could not be more helpful if they tried. Our membership error was resolved, sorry forgot the ladies name, got boots gilet and coats and served by a very bubbly and welcoming Sally.

I'd like to thank Russel again for a fantastic service and honest advice on products..
Stanley came away the other week with new boots with the advice from Russel and thoroughly enjoyed his first Cheviot summit wearing them..
Everytime we visit the store, Russel is always very happy and keen to help in any way..
