I visited Go Outdoors in Alnwick last week.
I originally went for a walking pole, the one I wanted wasn't on display.
I then started looking at walking boots. I asked a young man, Jack, for some help. He helped me choose a suitable pair of boots (I have arthritis in my ankle) demonstrating his knowledge of the products. After choosing my boots, I showed him a photo of the Brasher pole I wanted (to match the one previously bought in store), he then went to check the stock, however there were none available.
I can't praise this young man highly enough. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

walking boots.
We went to buy new walking boots.. the man who helped with sized and information was very helpful, he ludtdned to what we needed and advised with out being pushy or overbearing.. he also advised on socks suitable for this time of the year.
The guy on the check out was also very attentive and professional.

I finally found a jacket I liked
I finally found a jacket I liked! Debz helped us swap membership addresses as we had moved, and also took our payment, she was very helpful and interested in our day. Nice helpful woman!
One of the male floor staff also gave us great service in choosing our product.

Very helpful person in store, answered all our questions and was not pushy which is appreciated. Honoured a price match on another website which was great as I prefer to buy from a store but have to consider budget so would have bought online but thankfully you price match. So we both walked away with a pair of new walking boots feeling happy. Thank you
