Clare was amazing
Clare was amazing! She is well informed on various types of shoe wear and brought out different types of shoes for walking. The one we finally went for was perfect and didn’t cause any problems during the hike.
All other staff are very good as well and readily available to help.
Only problem is that stocks were low for a range of sizes in trousers and raincoats.

All staff were friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about their products. We were served by Katie who assisted us with all the products we bought- nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend!

Altrincham store very helpful
Claire at the Altrincham store was very helpful in helping us choose my daughter's clothes for DofE. She even looked in the stock if there were different colours of a top we liked.She also gave useful information on how to pack the rucksack and food options.Store had everything we needed and there were good offers.

Great service, will be back
Nipped into Altrincham Store last weekend 29th March. Was served by Steve, who was excellent, great knowledge of products, and really tried to match goods to customers specific needs - he was dealing with multiple customers at the same time and it was clear he was trying to match the individuals needs, he could have sold them all the same thing but he took time and effort to get them the right product
