Great variety of products. I recently bought a Rab top but it had bobbled within a couple of wears so I wanted to return it. The staff at the Altrincham branch were completely sympathetic and arranged for the refund and advised me on what to do if the money was not in my account within a few days.

Helpful and friendly staff always
I couldn’t see the leggings I was looking for so I asked the assistants. They went to check the back stock but couldn’t find any. But they were convinced they’d seen them so double checked and found and even had my size. They were really helpful and polite asking if I didn’t mind waiting because they had definitely seen them.
Every time I’ve been in this store all the staff are always great, friendly and really helpful. I always come to here before going online because they generally have what I need.

Purchasing walking boots
Very friendly service and helpful advice from Claire when purchasing walking boots for my son in the Altrincham store. She was very patient and she made sure he had the correct fit. She also let us know about savings with National Trust membership and DofE. Definitely recommend this store.
