I rang up a few weeks ago enquiring about a kayak and Jess answered the phone, she was so helpful and when I went into the store I saw Shaun and he was equally as helpful and helped me to the till with the kayak and met Jess at the till. Both of these staff members were really courteous and went above and beyond to help me both on the phone and in the store.

The sales staff were excellent
The sales staff were excellent, very accommodating helpful and clearly knowledgeable, Shaun the sales person who helped me with a walking shoe fitting and purchase was extremely patient and knowledgeable.

Horrible
Must have been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Had a faulty item that I’d paid a considerable amount of money for ended up breaking the night I took it home so immediately took it back the next day to be told “oh I can’t give you any complaints email/number I can’t give you corporates number” and just issued a refund instead then proceeded to tell me to go to another store if I wanted a better chair. Won’t ever be coming back to this store as it was horrifying customer service
