Needed some walking boots for my practice before Snowdon, was served by Shaun. Very helpful and showed me a trick with the laces, had a good chat very friendly, showed me boots in my budget and what I wanted the for. Couldn't fault the service at all

I bought a pair of walking shoes today and was looked after brilliantly by Rebecca. She was knowledgeable about the products and helped me decide on the most suitable pair for my foot shape. Great staff and products
We had very little time but Amelie was helpful,& polite yet gave us space. Fantastic choice of sandals. Would have shopped more as we love a go outdoors but we ran out of time.

An excellent shopping experience
Today we were given all the help and advice we needed by Shaun. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the items we needed for a D of E. Bronze expedition. Service with a smile
Got into the fishing section and Shaun came over and offered help and as soon as I said fishing umbrella he took me straight to them made sure all of the bits and bobs were with it and I was in and out like a flash 10/10 service and big shout out to Shaun he is a legend

We went for a tent and camp beds
We went for a tent and camp beds. We tried some camp beds that were up but unfortunately not in stock. A lovely guy named Umar helped us try other camp beds from the shelf but as none were suitable he advised us to order the ones we wanted in line. Very friendly and helpful.

I came to the shop and was looking for some DofE shoes and was trying loads of pairs on but this lovely girl called Nimrah gave me some recommendations for Scarpa shoes and when I tried them on they were exactly what I was looking for which was so good she was such a good help
