Extremely helpful staff
Nabeil was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the selection of walking boots and shoes. They were very accommodating and patient while I tested different sizes. They also had a personal knowledge of a range of the shoes, having used them before, with details on the strengths and weaknesses of each that I was considering. All round a very positive and helpful experience in finding my next pair of shoes!

Amazing service - thanks Nia
We had popped in for a replacement waterproof coat and rucksack for our daughter for her explorer scout camps, and we were struggling a bit with sizing and fit for both items. Huge thanks to Nia who helped us multiple times and answered all our technical questions. Very happy since with our purchases and we will be return customers.

Walking boots - great knowledge and assistance was great
We were lucky enough to meet John who was extremely helpful assisting my husband and I with walking boots. He sorted me pretty quickly but my husband has very wide feet, so he brought in the assistance of Paul, whose knowledge was greater. Between them both we left with the right boots for us and felt like valued customers. Nothing was too much trouble.
