We had an issue with the waterproofing…
We had an issue with the waterproofing of a new tent that we bought in April.
We spoke to a staff member, named Paul who gave us options & helped us exchange the tent for a different model.
Paul provided a 5 star service & is an asset to Go Outdoors!!!
He was extremely helpful as were the 2 other team members that we dealt with. (Apologies for not remembering your names)
Everyone had a friendly & professional attitude along with being extremely helpful!!!
I fully recommend using this store!!!

Evri parcel drop location
Only came in for the Evri parcel drop off. Not sure why one street door is labelled “gym” as they all go into the same foyer! Drop off is at back of 1st floor. Nabeil efficiently accepted my parcel and requested a review. So here it is!!

Jake was my perfect personal shopper with expert advice !
Jake helped me in the store today as I was looking for a special birthday gift for a family member. He was very knowledgable about their stock and the differences between products and their qualities whilst I was trying to choose. The store assistant Nabeil who served us was extremely helpful. He was very friendly and knew alot about the walking shoe range and gave me some great advice when choosing walking shoes. Great Service
We went in to get walking boots for an upcoming trip. We were helped by friendly staff. Nabeil especially was really attentive in helping us find the right boots. Will definitely go back for the good service.

Great staff make the difference
It’s great to have such a well stocked store in our region but the staff are what really shone out. Beth and Manon were so helpful, and really went out of their way to make sure what we were buying met our requirements. No pretence, they didn’t guess when they didn’t know the answer but spent time to check and advise appropriately. Well done them.
