5 stars for Jacob in the Bedford store - we needed some advice on jackets for a trip away and he was super helpful and knowledgeable.
1 star taken off as no one seemed to be able to figure out how to do an on-line return in store so we had to take the item home and do a postal return.

Jakub is great
Jakub was a massive help. Came in close to closing, looking for a last minute coat before a trip. Was great at suggesting what type id need and why, telling us about the specs of some of the coats & what they mean, and suggesting some for me. Was a seamless experience, and left trusting the purchase I made!

Great service with a smile
I purchased something on Thursday on 29th Jan without properly checking the description which I realised that evening so decided to take it back the following day as I would be passing by. I visited the store again Friday 30th to return the item and purchase an alternative which did fit my needs. I selected the alternative item and went to the checkout with that and the item to return. Kate was on the checkout, she warmly greeted me, was very friendly and chatty. I explained the situation, she took the 2 items and my receipt and in a flash, everything was sorted and I paid the difference in price. As she handed me my new item and receipt, she was still chatting away and bade me a cheery farewell. I have to say she's a great asset to the store and brightened up my day. I left feeling very satisfied with how quick and easy she'd made the whole process and feeling pleased I'd visited. Well done Kate!
