Very helpful staff
Visited the store to buy 2 very expensive waterproof coats. Jade & Kyro were very knowledgeable and helpful, even advising us the joining GoOutdoors could get us a discount. We saved quite a bit and not long after leaving the store it started to rain but we had our new Berhaus coats so we were fine 😀

Amazing experience!

Great store for outdoors and helpful staff
Great smaller Go Outdoor store in Birmingham city centre. Though being smaller version of their storez s, they had everything that one would need for outdoor activities. The staff, Chloe V, was great to help me select things and offered great advice. Great products and service overall.

Staff didn't remove the security tag.
While my time in the shop was good enough, when I got home I discovered that a security tag was still on the jacket that I had purchased. No alarm sounded as I left the shop, so either the tag is faulty or the sensors by the exit are not working properly. I had to return the next day to have the tag removed.
