Good bargain
Went into Birmingham Go Outdoor to shop for coats with my mum. The selection was great as more choices to pick the right one. The staff on duty were all friendly.

As I walked in to the store I was…
As I walked in to the store I was treated by a member of staff with a walm welcome greetings. I needed some out door gear for my daughter who was going on an camping trip this weekend with the school which had organised for her. I was come across with another sales person name chloe who was absolutely 💯 who had helped in getting the right ✅️ gear and advised on what to purchase. In the store the product range was excellent and reasonable . Chloe did give us All the cheaper prices and options with a £5 Discount card as a member 😉 to use whenever needed. I will recommend Freinds and family's to come and vist this superb shop in central Birmingham GO OUTDOOR just a few walk a way from Prime Mark Birmingham.
I have rated 5 stars to this company ✨️ well done 👏 ✔️ 👍

Friendly helpful staff
I was returning a jacket I had purchased online. Ed was super helpful and sorted it out very efficiently. He also gave me a go outdoor card which I had purchased but not received. The service was prompt. Ed himself was friendly as were the other staff I encountered in the store. The money was back in my account the same day. Super impressed.
