Easy to cut down to size works really well with the original poles. I actually ordered the wrong poles but they changed them without hesitation! This is the second set I’ve bought to replace the older broken poles works great every time!!

2.8.2026 i visited the bury store today, i brought my three year old with me, i had found an item i wanted so looked for a my size, my three year old ran off in a huge store and i could find him, i asked the ladies to help me find him, they did exactly what i asked like staying at the door to make sure no1 left with him, it got to the point where they were about to check cameras when i found him hiding behind some clothing. After everything was sorted they took me to the canteen to make sure we were both ok. I couldn't fault the ladies at the bury site. I shall 100% return (without my kids 😂) Thankyou very much.

I was given the bike off the display…
I was given the bike off the display but was they were building it in the back. You could tell the bike was off the stand as it was dusty, the seat was saggy and the rubber on the handle bars was peeling. Ordered another and was told it would arrive by 1st August (my son's birthday) still not had an email to say it's arrived. Also the security tag has been left on my helmet!!!

Lovely, helpful staff
The lady that helped my son find some walking boots was really friendly and helpful. Thando on the till was great with sorting a new membership card, she was really polite and made my son smile. Great experience.

Lee was super helpful!!!
I had arrived at the Bury store and realised I'd left my purse behind! Lee explained he could find our members card from our postcode and when I mentioned i had a blue light card he very kindly showed me where to find the card on the app. He saved the day, thank you.

keeping the staff cool in high temps..
they need to have more staff available when queues get as big as they were when i went...however staff was polite the store is large with everything to be found easy. it was also lovely and cool and a very hot day..so hats off for keeping the staff cool anyone going would be better to get a membership for the big discounts at £5 a yr it doesnt break the bank and the rewards are great..
