Eve from the bury branch was brilliant, excellent customer service skills, it goes a long way to be served by someone with a smile, In the go outdoors stores I would like too see some kind of leaflets or something educating people on camping and being outdoors, Like leaving no trace and using barbecues responsibly.

Very friendly service
Very friendly service, helped select best hydration pack for my needs, we had issues using our membership card at the tills but our cashier ‘Lee’ assisted us and was patient even though it was close to closing.

Let me just say David B, what a guy! Me and my fella came in to exchange a tent because we bought a massive tent for a family trip but then our teenage kids decided they didn’t want to come and he could not have made this process easier, he was happy, helpful, cheery and couldn’t do enough for us.
