Good range of stock, helpful staff. Ease of parking.

Got an email to say waterproof coats for £15 were available. So made a special journey to go and have a look, only to find not all colours advertised, and none in my size of what you did have. I asked the assistant and she said there were boxes in the back, unpacked, but as they were having an aufit, they couldn't open them.

Went in to buy a sleeping bag…. Received no help or advice (was just shadowed as a suspected shop lifter is how I felt)

Good quality rucksack, brilliant discount for members together with friendly staff to assist.

Orded in shop and picked up few days later no problem

I recently went into our local go outdoors and was totally ignored by the staff. Infact the man who was in there, not sure if he is manager, but I was looking at foot ware and he walked between me and the display, didn't say 'excuse me' or anything. Rude or what. The lady who was putting out footwear eventually asked if I needed any help.

Love popping in to this little store. Staff are always helpful and friendly, particularly Helen who helped find a suitable down jacket.

Your salesman, Cameron was very helpfull, courteous , efficient and very pleasant to deal with! An asset to your shop.

Popped into the Dinas Go-Outdoor shop to purchase a hat. Shop Assistant Helen helped with the products, and even gave our dog a doggie biscuit. Great service

So was having a mooch around Go Outdoors in Caernarfon near when I live .
Saw a brilliant top in their great deals. Tried it on perfect. Being a cheeky s*d I asked Mat if they price matched , no worries at all.
Mat did the price match and also gave me my discount on top .
So chuffed .
Gotta say very helpful staff, always seem happy to be there , which , is a difference to some miserable faces you see behind shop counters .

I popped into go outdoors in caernarfon today, to enquire about different raincoats, a very helpful young man named Matt approached me to offer help, I was very impressed with his knowledge and advice as to what suited me best, he was very patient and friendly, all I can say is give the man a raise, and thank him sincerely!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They were also happy for me to take my time to be sure of what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for more.
This will definitely be my first port of call in future.

Go Outdoors Dinas Caernarfon, is a friendly shop to visit, always helpful staff, easy parking,
The displays are neat and tidy,anx smple choice, always come away with more than i wanted,
Helen is always on hand to assist and very helpfull,

I visited this store recently to purchase some clothes for our Iceland trip, I would like to say that all the staff went out of their way to help us, coming up with alternatives ideas if an items was not in my size etc. w definitely spent more than I intended to, but that is because they offered clothing I had not considered, but will definitely use. A special mention the manager who was very helpful and also to Ceri who found me some lovely fleeces.

I have always found the staff at Go Outdoors Dinas, Caernarfon to be efficient, friendly and not too pushy ...which I like. The store is always neat and tidy with the clothing rails organised which makes finding the right size much easier. I love that it's dog friendly with water and treats. I found Ceri and Matt the Manager particularly knowledgeable and friendly on our last visit.
