Adam R gave me lots of advice
Adam R gave me lots of good advice , sold me the right tent. I came back a week later, having tried to do a dummy run putting it up at home, and failing miserably. He very kindly showed me how to put it up, and, most importantly, how to get it back in the bag, and not spill out, as I did!
Adam R is a first class sales person, very knowledgeable and helpful...Thank you Adam!
Oh, and the tent? Berghaus Adara 300 with night shading...a superb tent, used for 8 days at a festival. The night shading for the bedroom meant a bit more sleep in the mornings, and the extra headroom made it a really good tent for a 6' / 183 cm person..

Worth the drive to have a look.
Been in twice this week to get the bits on my wishlist, very helpful and friendly staff. Once was just before closing and today was mid afternoon, certainly worth the drive for what they have on offer to look at! Member of staff on the till was happy & friendly. Couldn’t recommend more.

Just use eBay
Never had what I ordered online in stock, ended up a £3.50 brush with £3.60 delivery WTF, Told them to cancel everything so far the dish and one brush have been refunded, not the second brush that's of no use without the bowl, not the member ship fee that isn't worth a wnak.

Charlie in the fishing section of go outdoors Canterbury was absolutely immense. My son is a first time fisherman who needed talking through the basics. Charlie delivered and then some, talking him through rigs, reels, the whole shebang. My son walked out with his first setup grinning from ear to ear.
