The staff who helped me were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the bike I was buying. The attention to detail was exemplary when preparing the bike for me to take and I was kept updated during the process. I really can’t praise the service too highly.

Customer service excellent. Adam provided great options and practical advice and helped kit our daughter out for her trip.

Came in to get kit for a trek in Peru, we were able to get everything we needed, the store was well set out and when we couldn’t find something the staff were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely brilliant, Adam was fantastic and helped so much when picking out things giving practical advice!

Adam served me having been called in to help by his manager and told not to disappoint him.

Adam certainly didn’t disappoint. He steered me to a slightly more expensive rucksack but explained the benefits of the alternative and demonstrated how it was better than the one on offer.

Staff were incredibly helpful from the minute we walked in the door. A member of staff from Fishing took me to the back carriers and then when I needed more information he got Adam who had the expertise to come and help me.

The staff at the Canterbury Wincheap store are really lovely and clearly care a lot about their job and their customers. I've always found them to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient, taking the time to explain which products are best suited to my needs without ever making me feel like I'm taking up too much of their time or asking silly questions.

On a recent visit, I accidentally found myself locked in the car park after the store had closed. As I was trying to work out how to get home, a member of staff returned to the site and very kindly took the time to let me out. I was incredibly grateful for his help and willingness to go above and beyond at the end of his day.

It's rare to find such genuinely helpful customer service these days, and it's one of the reasons I keep coming back to this store. Thank you to the whole team!

Joe was brilliant, very patient letting me try on pretty much every hiking shoe in the shop until I found the one I wanted, very knowledgeable too, nice to have someone who knows what they are talking about to speak to, especially with patience to boot, thanks Joe :)
