I would give more stars if I could
I would give more stars if that was possible. I’m travelling round wales and my tent broke so I went into the store in a bit of a panic. Martyn who was in the front area was so helpful and friendly and when I selected my tent Ffion took it down for me and packed it away nicely and martyn fixed the poles for me. They both turned my experience from what could have been very stressful to very pleasant.

The staff here was amazing
The staff here was amazing! Especially scott… there wasn’t stock on Shopfloor and he was happy to help to look through shelves and then the warehouse for us. We got what we were looking for with a smile n great customer service.

Outstanding customer service/advice from Morgan G in the Newport Rd, Cardiff store. He was patient, knowledgeable, & extremely personable, a credit to your company.
We bought some very large items that Morgan and a colleague helped us take to our car and methodically pack for us. Both went the extra mile for us. Thankyou both for making our experience on a very hot day a great one 🤩🤩

Very helpfull manager Martin
The manager Martin was very helpfull and friendly when we came with our campervan with a broken fridge. We are from abroad and travelling in Wales. Martin advised us which fridge would work for us and came outside to look at our old fridge. We could even leave our broken fridge with them which was really helpfull, as the local recycling center only accepts things from locals. Thank you very much! Very friendly and helpfull staff and great service!

Hannah in footwear was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and gave great advice AFTER asking the customer about their plans and needs.
