Absolutely love the store. It has a huge amount of choice to select from with absolutely anything you could need! The staff were all really helpful and Simon took care of us at the register and was very friendly. The membership is also a must as it helped save a lot of money on my last purchases.

I needed to purchase a suitable 65 litre ruck sack for my son’s upcoming adventure. With so many to choose from, I sought assistance. To my rescue, came Dillon, a young and enthusiastic guy with experience in expeditions. Not only did he help with the ruck sack decision, he gave me loads of tips following his experience.

Well I not happy with so much of the shelf being empty the summer the stuff that I was there was alright but the stuff by mostly wanted wasn't I will have to ring up next time to find out what stuff they have it and watch stuff they haven't a nice run from home to Chester

This was our second visit for equestrian equipment. Neil on both occasions was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and is the reason for ore return, we are very grateful for his time and expertise today x

Fantastic quality and selection, great value especially for members (cheap to become a member and well worth it). Really good customer service. I came in today and there was an item out of stock on the shelves. The staff went above and beyond to help and find a suitable product. Thank you

Brasher walking trousers were not available in my size in store. I ordered a pair online with delivery to store. Order placed on 20th April with guide of 3 to 5 days. Confirmation of order stated further email advice would be sent when item available for collection. After 7 days we sent email asking when collection available but with no reply, We telephoned location today to find that item was in fact there. Communication is very poor although staff are very good and product is fine.

Went DofE shopping with our Granddaughter staff really helpful throughout the store, footwear Dept, Camping Equipment and General items, a really stress free experience compared to how it could have been so Thanks to all the team 👍

Bought a tent package from Go Outdoors in August last year, used the porch for the first time and unfortunately one of the poles suffered a crack. Called the Chester branch who took my details and promised they would contact their third party suppliers to find me a replacement. Two weeks later my replacement was ready free of charge. Really great service and will definitely use go outdoors for all my camping needs in the future, they were brilliant. Honest, reliable, helpful and trustworthy company!

The guys in store are so friendly and very knowledgeable, such a help when you’re a novice to camping like me! Special shout out to Simon who very kindly took time to help sauce a missing pipe to my hand pump, saving the day!!

Visited Go Outdoors Chester with my daughter who is doing Duke of Edinburgh Bronze award. Would like to say a big thankyou to Paul who was brilliant! Paul was very knowledgeable about preparing for DofE and really helped us get the kit needed and even fitted the rucksack for my daughter. I was very impressed and very grateful. We were also given some very helpful camping tips by the lovely lady on the check out aswell.

I had to pick up a lot of fishing equipment some I had ordered.
And I also picked up some extra fishing equipment from the fishing department in the store.
The stuff was really good and helpful.
And the prices were pretty decent also.
Will definitely go back there.👍
