I have never been in the shop before. I was attended to by young man who was extremely knowledgeable about the products & was so helpful. He checked on line & ordered me Berghaus waterproof jacket. It arrived 3 days later & is perfect. Also joined loyalty scheme to reduce price. It was his first day in job so must have been well trained! Excellent round! Thank you

I visited the store yesterday and bought a few items after signing up to the membership scheme. I thought I was saving a lot of money (£120.50) according to my receipt! SCAM. They are same price in all shops. But I had to pay more with Go outdoors as I had to pay for membership. They overpriced the items in-store then you think your getting a bargain. Be aware!!

Mason and Annabel are most helpful, enthusiastic and friendly members of staff. Between them they managed to repair one of our defective walking poles. Mason patiently checked the other three poles were in good order. We also received very good advice about water bottles. Excellent service!
