GO Outdoors - Coatbridge Reviews 

I went to the shop to ask about a very specific gas fitting for a campervan outdoor bbq.
I spoke to Emma who didn’t immediately know what i was looking for, but went out of her way to help.
She came out to the van to inspect the fitting. Looked it up online and brought out options till she got the right thing.
She then helped with everything else i needed.
Truly excellent service.

It’s such a big store and easy to get a bit confused with volume of products, however I was approached by Georgia who was great.
Georgia recommended a few jackets which she thought would suit my needs, and I was delighted to find the perfect option. Georgia was friendly, polite and very helpful. Thank you!

I was served by Chloe M, she gave me great advice and helped me with my order. Couldn’t appreciate her help enough.

Chloe at the Coatbridge branch is always the best. When we come in she helps us find what we’re looking for and if they don’t have it she will put it on order for us. Credit to the store

I ordered two t-shirts online 01.06.2026...advised delivery to Coatbridge branch would be 04.06.2026...now 15.06.2026 heard nothing when I ordered the t-shirt at the time I was not advised there was an issue...Chased on last week still not heard anything back

Cammy was great! He helped us a lot even tho we didn’t manage to put the tent up in the car (not his fault) 😂 he tried all the ways that were possible but our roof bars were way to big! He kept the tent safe for us to pick it up next week 😊 I give him a 10!

Improvements - changing room stank of body odour which was so unpleasant and also grim that clothes were being tried on by people who literally left a smell in a confined space, in fact one of the sale items we didn’t try on because it smelt like BO. No idea how the store would manage this in future but it’s unpleasant and probably costs them money.
Also the customer toilets definitely needed tending to, toilet paper strewn across baby changing table and no soap.

We were helped by Cody, Jade and Emma.

What a team, they couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Also helped us resolve a matter with the chair we purchased.

Emma in Coatbridge Go Oudoors was amazing. Sorted my bundle out that id been waiting for and travelled some distance, friendly, so knowledgeable and fantastic customer service. Total credit to the company- 5 stars all the way Emma xxxx

I was picking up my online order today and it turned out I didn't have the proper roof bars. I was then helped by Cammy and Alan and I cannot thank them enough. They were absolutely wonderful, patient, helped me get the right roof bars and assemble them and my roof tent. When its time for company bonuses, these gentlemen deserve them and then some! Splendid customer service.

We had a lovely experience today at your store. Karen was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable when looking for hiking boots for myself. She has a very pleasant demeanor which is sadly lacking in a lot of shop assistants today. Karen is a definite asset to your business.

Went in for bait and was helped by the young girl at the fishing department she was very helpful and knew her stuff the the girl at the counter was very helpful aswell all in all a great experience wish all shopping was like this thanks jade and chloe

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. While the initial tent we wanted was out of stock, two staff members went above and beyond searching the store for it. When we couldn't find it, Ross provided invaluable insights on the other models we were considering. His expertise helped guide our decision after hours of our own deliberation. We ultimately chose the Adhara 500 pole tent, which fits our air mattress perfectly and offers excellent headroom for our setup.
