GO Outdoors - Coatbridge Reviews

I was helped by Ross when buying walking boots. He helped me to select a pair that worked perfectly for me. He was very knowledgeable about each brand and style, and I am delighted with my purchase

Cammy was an absolute legend for going the extra mile to track down that final tent. It was a bit of a bummer to find out it was just the display model. He didn't hesitate for a second though and started taking it down immediately. I really appreciated his hustle and getting it sorted for me so quickly. You do not find that kind of dedicated service very often these days.

Karen was great with my son fitting him for new walking boots

The experience was excellent. The staff-Karen- was very helpful. She herself approached me, asked what I was looking for, helped me with facts and details, gave enough time for me to
make my decision. She is an excellent saleswoman.

Great experience shopping with Ross at GO Outdoors Coatbridge. He was able to guide and share his experience with the products and options available effortlessly. Thanks again for all of your help!

Karen at your Coatbridge store was fantastic - spent an hour there trying on various boots and she was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Brilliant customer service

Karen was such a lovely and helpful salesperson. She seemed genuine as she gave great advice without being pushy. We were in the shop towards closing time yet didn’t feel rushed. I felt good about the purchase I made as I was fully informed about the product I was buying and hadn’t been persuaded to buy the latest and most expensive model but rather what suited me best

Karen from the shoe department is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I always enjoy shopping at go outdoors. Always end up with a few bits I probably don't need! Was shopping for boots for my son. Karen was very friendly and helped my son understand how his boots should fit. Will definitely return.

Karen was really helpful with sorting out an issue with a card and making sure we had everything we needed :)

Father in law and the wife needed a new pair of walking boots and walking shoes. Karen from Go Outdoors was knowledgeable and made a number of recommendations, ensuring that the boot fitted correctly. Friendly and helpful. Pleasant experience.

Helpful staff made entire process easy. Great product and good price.

I was browsing walking boots and a member of staff was in the area, allowed me to browse for a bit which was nice, then asked if I was ok. Karen was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable when recommending which type of boots would be best suited to what I required them for. She also helped me with sizing and accessories. Excellent customer service and with a smile ☺️

Great big shop and the staff were great the lady Karen was very informative and helping pick the right pair of boots as I wasn’t too sure

I like going to Go Outdoors, there's so many options for different outdoorsy things (hence the name I suppose haha). I went recently to buy boots which for me, it was a big deal. Connor & Georgia were excellent, no pressure and very helpful and informative. Thanks for all your help. I think their manager served me and my big purchase, I shoulda got her name too as she was lovely as well. Very down to earth staff. Thank you!

Karen helped me find the right pair of hiking boots. Very helpful and knowledgable.

I was looking for a specific jacket which my local Coatbridge store didn’t have in my size. Staff showed me a different size and explained the features and my options. They were very helpful and I ordered it on line. It arrived within 2 days and everything was satisfactory.
