Sophie, did a great job of helping me find what I was looking for. However, I did a tour of the shop looking at different things and Sophie was the only person who approached me to help, it appeared that all the other staff were standing in the same part of the store where there were no customers.

Andrew helped me choose a pair of walking boots. He didn't rush me and spent a lot of time discussing and giving advice on many aspects of the different brands. The store had a vast range to choose from.

Recently visited to pick up some suitable clothing for my son's upcoming school ski trip, and were served by Fox, who spent quite a while with us giving excellent advice and going over the various options and things we would need. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and a true asset to the store, my son is delighted with his new gear, and I'm confident he's got everything he needs to have a great time!

Josh was a star. I picked a pair of boots in the sale which were marked up looking cheaper than they were. I decided tried others on in my price range Josh asked his manager to discount them a bit more for me without me even asking. It was a great suprise and fantastic customer service.

Brilliant service and help today. Fox Civiu, was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the products.
