If there was more stars i would go for it. Emma was so helpful and the whole time I was there, she was there and she shopped with me. She gave good advice and I would definitely recommend to shop here again. Thank you for your help emma😁

Very good products and store, but I didn't like the saleswomen, they didn't seem sociable and smiling to me! It wouldn't be a bad idea to hire people who know how to smile and communicate with customers better!

I wasn’t notified once my item was in store and I really needed it . Just dissapointed with the whole process . I’m £5 membership out of pocket as I returned the item .

Met by Katie as we got into the store. Friendly and very helpful, she knew exactly what we needed after listening to us explain we were climbing Mount Snowdon the next day and needed kitted out with the right gear.
Would recommend go outdoors, and would point them in Katie's direction for help.

A huge store with a wide range of items. I got everything on my long list, including clothing in my size. Special thanks to Katie for being so pleasant, and most of all to Andrew for his patience and his advice on footwear - he answered all the questions I had, and the questions I didn't know to ask, and I'm delighted with my purchases. Excellent service all round - thank you.

I went to buy a roof rack . They tried the best to find me one unfortunately. They don’t do for my car . The staff tried so hard to find me one . The is a staff called fox . Worked so hard to find me one thank you 👏👏👏

Extremely helpful Staff, with great Knowledge made purchasing the Items I needed for my sons Duke of Edinburgh Bronze award expedition much less of a headache than I was expecting. Nicola took me to all the clothes that my Son needed giving guidance on Sizes and types required, Nathan Looked after the equipment side of things and set up his new rucksack so it fitted him perfectly, both of their knowledge on the DofE requirements were very informative and I am Extremely grateful of their assistance. A Welcome bonus of using the DofE Participant Card at the till gave the Member Prices plus a further 15% Discount, We'll certainly be getting all the essentials from there again!

I went to the Go Outdoors Erdington store and I want to mention specifically Liviu Terinte at the store, he was extremely helpful and went out of his way to guide us to install our roof bars to our car after we bought a roof box from him, he did not have to do that but he was happy to do so and I really really appreciated his knowledge and taught me things I did not know about my roof bars, I will caveat he advised me how to fit them but he did not fit them for me due to it not being a go outdoors product which is completely fair enough but he still was a massive help. He is an asset to your team and 100% deserves the positive feedback. Thank you so much Liviu

Went to this store today to buy some hiking footwear for me and my son, Sam W in footwear was very helpful and friendly the only slight downside was they had few options in my size.
Overall,great store with so much to look through and we walked away with loads of extra clothes.

Good store in good condition and with a great selection of items.

The staff are also great and helpful. Especially Mr Fox Liviu who was very helpful and full of cheer today.

Fox liviu helped us with our bikes and give us a lot of information of them very well educated recommend

Absolutely brilliant store Always well stocked for my last minute items before going on adventures and fantastic customer service from Fox Liviu. Millie and not forgetting Jahdev. There Always happy to help you. There are not many local places that hold the fantastic customer service around theses days. From walking in to walking out knowing that you have enjoyed your visit and been truly looked after. This speaks volumes for me and will always go back.

Staff were pleasant on arrival. Guided to (back packs) efficiently, I was given space to explore them. When I needed assistance Josh was very helpful in demonstrating a hydration system and how to use and install in my back pack (of choice), served at checkout by Ella who was friendly. Left happy with my purchases. 🙂

Fantastic offers on. I'm not sure of her name but I think it was one of the managers (tall blonde hair) extremely helpful. First time campers and the advice,help and guidance she gave was incredible. Ella who also served us was wonderful. Will definitely be back to buy more for our first camping trip. Thank you Go outdoors for your amazing staff who I might add are extremely knowledgeable.
