We come into Exeter town store today with some questions for our up coming bike tour, rob talked us through what we are likely to need and helped with all of our questions, great guy! We called in to see if we could get a few extra bits we needed while camping locally. A very nice chap called Rob helped us find exactly what we needed. He also renewed our membership card (we didn't realise it had expired) Nothing was too much trouble and he gave us some tips on the local area! All in all, top drawer service!

I’m relatively new to hiking so had a lot of questions and he was more than happy to help answer them and point me in the right direction; some of the the best customer service I’ve ever had.
