Been after one of the new oxe flux mats but have struggled to get it online. So I give a call to go outdoors in Exeter and Rob answered and assured me that they did have some so popped in and got one Was served by Rob. Really friendly guy. Very helpful. Does his best to help

Rob was a fantastic host, as he has been in that shop under its different guises for many years. I really hope he will be transferred to another local camping shop in the group as he has always given myself and my friends fabulous service - just as he did on this occasion when buying a Victorinox Waiter.

Rob (beard!) was brilliant - helpful without being pushy. Showed us a range of chairs but then left us alone to mull it over. He strikes me as a man who would like a biscuit with his tea.
