Rob and Storm were so great when I bought some new clothes that I actually went back into the shop later in the day to purchase a new sleeping bag: not the kind of purchase I usually rush into and not a thing I needed urgently. Great customer service
We bought some waterproof trousers today and received excellent service from the cashier Rob. He was incredibly helpful, very kind, and extremely patient while assisting us. Great shop
Went in to get some shoes and all the staff were very helpful and patient. Especially Rob on the tills, have been in many times and he is always friendly and chatty. It is a shame the shop is closing down as it has always been great. Thanks guys.

Great Staff, Great Prices
Most recently went in looking for tent pegs, found tent pegs, was informed by the lovely chap on the till (Rob) that they were not only cheaper but also buy one get one half price if I had a go outside card, which he cheerfully sorted out for me. The staff here are always very helpful, very pleasant and very knowledgeable, my goto shop for any camping or hiking bits and bobs.

Excellent customer service ..then turned into a D***....-ROB
Started off great , helped me up the stairs with my daughter in her pram, helped me with my purchase of 2 pairs of hiking boots, litterally perfect customer service super nice and smiley! ........, then when said about scanning the receipt qr code to leave a reveiw , and I didn't, turned into a d*** about it! "She didn't even scan it!" , "nope she's not scanned it!" , " I suppose you want help down the stairs now?! ..And you havnt even scanned it!" "Nope she's not going to scan it (then claps his hands in sarcasim)" I said " I'm sorry I don't have any data on my phone" he then said " your going to do it when you get home!"
I was left speechless ...two faced behaviour , especially how quickly he turned and over nothing ..that's quite alarming.
Hope he gets help .
