Sofiia was extremely helpful at finding the right shoes for the children, despite the shop being very busy - even finding some that were hidden in the right colour. Thank you!

We went to buy a bike, near the end of the day quite near to closing time but Josh was extremely helpful and patient, gave us all the information we needed and we bought the bike, very happy customers. All staff were very helpful.

Excellent service and good value products

We visited the Exeter store and purchased 2 x Kentucky chairs. Unfortunately when we got home we realised that the chairs had been used. They were covered in grass and one chair had a child's sticker on it.

Having had great service from Lewis yesterday in buying a pair of walking boots, I came back again today for a pair of summer trainers. Sofiia could not have been more helpful, cheerfully rushing to get various sizes and models from the store for me and for three other customers at the same time, and also providing knowledgeable advice! Going by my experience, the staff are great ambassadors for the business!

I received excellent helpful advice & service on a busy Saturday from Lewis in the footwear department. I had to try several different makes to achieve a suitable fit. He was patient and genuinely keen to help. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and 2 pairs of socks. This is the second time in 3 weeks I have shopped here - that was also a very positive experience. In total I spent around £350. Keep up the good work!

Always a great service and excellent selection of products across the ranges

I was helped in store by a lovely lady called Sofiia. Nothing was too much trouble - her guidance was great concerning my son and obtaining the right size wetsuit.
He listened and was guided by her when trying multiple sizes and we found the correct one with no meltdowns!!

Harry and Cody were really helpful. Excellent customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable!

We were served on Sunday 19th July by Sam T. He was very helpful and even offered to carry our heavy tent to the car .

We popped in for a T-shirt and left with three. There was a good stock of gear in my husband’s size and we were served by Summer who was friendly and very helpful. She opened up a fitting room so he could try things on and served us at the till when we had made our choice.
Summer was great! We both very much enjoyed our shopping experience and will definitely be back soon.

Larry was really helpful and patient. He made sure I bought the correct product for me, and I was completely clueless so he was super helpfuland knowledgeable. 10/10.

We had difficulty in finding the camping fridge we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately the one we wanted wasn't in stock. We spoke to a member of staff, Harry, he helped us to find something similar . He was very helpful abd kind.
